By arrival reception couldn’t find my booking, after a while they found it, they put me in a smelling smokers room, call reception and they say they send somebody, they just spray extremely smelling products on mat etc, I call again reception, they tell me they need time to change the room, after nothing happens or a while I go down myself to the reception, and yes they change the room. Swimming pool area, full of pigeons, pigeon feathers all over the place, wooden artificial floor full of wholes, dangerous to walk barefoot, breakfast really poor, shame for raddison, this is not at all a five star hotel, an average 4 Star, it’s a pity I didn’t took pictures,
