lovely, very cosy, resort like feel , beautiful ambience , great variety of dinning options, clean swimming pool, Jacuzi, and right at the beach. Amazing place to relax and spend time with family and friends .

Im gonna start with the good. The property was clean. The staff were friendly. It was right on the beautiful blue beach. I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Now to the not so good part. The bars shut down at midnight. All the restaurants are closed by 10 pm. They offer room service for $5.00. The first night I got there kind of late so I ordered room service but forgot to take the do not disturb sign off so they left a note on the door. I ordered it again and still got charged for the order I didn't get. I brought it up to Pedro who called to verify spoke solely in spanish while I stood there and then said I would still be charged for food I didnt get. On top of that when I did get my order I didnt receive the french fries I ordered so they had to come back yet again. The food was bland not worth paying anything extra for. They give you beer in the fridge but my room didnt have a bottle opener in which I continued to ask for one and never received one. They sent someone to confirm my room did not have one built into the wall and never gave me one. I had to go out to find someone in the lobby whenever I wanted a beer. They also put me in a handicap assessable room in which I did not request and called it an upgrade. If you are into a resort with a nice nightlife this isnt for you in fact it was a lot of retirees that came in packs. Almost felt like a senior citizen resort. Overall I give it a 3 star but would of given it a 4 star if it wasn't for Pedro.

This is my 4th time staying at this resort! Loved it! I traveled with my 4yr old who is on the spectrum. They were so understanding and helpful. Some updates going on with the restaurants and the app to make reservations but overall 100% recommend!

the staff was amazing Abdeel, Omar, Israel, Gabriel, Erick at Venito they made our stay very good. The facility is clean, and the staff are working around the clock to maintain the facility and cater to all three complexes - all apart of the same hotel and you get to enjoy all of the amenities. Room was clean and taken care of daily, mini bar in the room included has water and Pepsi and 2 sol beers which we did not drink but nice touch. Favorite restaurant was Veneto and Marco Polo, be careful with the drinks we drank too many and it caught up to us eventually.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were reasonable clean. The daily buffet needs to be improved with more variety. Every day was the same thing at lunch and dinner. By our fifth day, we decided to dine out as we were tired of eating the same thing everyday.

We stayed at this property because it was located near the airport. Overall, we experienced a 3 out of 5 stars. Room cleanliness: 4/5 Food: 1/5 Drinks: 2/5 Room Staff: 5/5 Dining/Food Staff: 1/5 Facilities: 3/5 The overall high rating on Expedia doesn’t match the actual experience at the hotel. The biggest turnoff was the lack of quality food. You can’t be a high rated hotel and not serve kid friendly options as simple as natural orange juice. In one occasion, the waiter said… for kids we have all the items that are in the bar. He gave us the option for Coke or Pepsi for a 2.5 year old. The orange juice at the bar is a crime for kids… it’s unnatural and taste like soda. Overall, not recommended especially if you have kids or care to have somewhat quality food and beverages. I would not stay here again.

We visited this resort from 5/2-5/9. We arrived to the resort around 6pm, checked in and went to dinner at the buffet. After dinner we went to our room and noticed it was not the room we reserved. We reserved a double bed, ocean view for 4 people. We were given a room with 1 king size bed. We contacted reception to let them know and she asked why were we just calling now (8pm) when we checked in at 6pm, she had an attitude and asked us to come down to reception which we did. Once at reception she told us they gave us that room after they noticed we had 2 children. I explained we reserved a double bed to accommodate 4 people and had also asked for a crib. She insisted that’s the only room they had and if we wanted a double bed we would be put on a floor without an elevator, making us carry 2 children and a stroller up one or two flights. After a lot of back and forth, we were given the room we reserved, at the end of our conversation she still stated the first room was given to us because we have 2 kids and they believed we all fit in 1 king size bed. We didn’t want to argue as we were starting our vacation and wanted to have a good time. The crib was eventually taken to our room as well. This resort shares their amenities with the resort next door The Royal Solaris. You have to take quite a walk to enjoy the larger pool, entertainment and visit the buffet and restaurants. The food is ok, often watered down or not enough for all guests.

We’ve stayed at this resort multiple times (5+) and the renovations and upgrades that have been made since the last time we stayed (2 years ago) were great! We got an upgraded room and the staff was great as usual! Big shout out to Marlene from Bogavante and Edgar from Rosmarinus restaurants. Their service was excellent and they remembered us every time we went back! We got to see the AIR show and it was amazing! The dancers/acrobats were so good! It was an awesome show! We will definitely be back!

What i liked was the room and bed, the beach was beautiful and front desk staff were welcoming. The Bogavante restaurant for dinner was nice. Didnt like the staff member named "Ingrid" based on the fact that she lied about one of the tables being reserved even though we had reservations ourselves. The buffet food wasn't good to us. Not to say that others wont like it, just our preference. The drinks were not good. And the top shelf alcohol is reserved for their Solaris members only.

I booked the hotel for April 17–21 and informed the staff in advance that we would be checking in on April 18 at 8AM, as our flight was arriving early morning. However, upon arrival on April 18, we were told that both rooms were not ready and that we would not be able to check in until noon. Because of this, we were unable to access any of the hotel's amenities prior to check-in. In addition, the hotel’s app for booking food reservations was not functional until later that evening, which prevented us from securing dinner reservations until our last night. We raised these issues with multiple staff members (Manuel, Enrique, and another front desk lady) but unfortunately, no resolution was provided. I was told that the only option would be to cancel the entire booking and find another hotel, which was not a viable solution at that point in our trip. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
