Nice location at San Pedro, wll cared gareden and trees, everything is very crean, nice room. If you want stay at San Pedro, this is really recommendable one.

Property was so close to restaurants, market, and beach access to excursions was a quick walk!

First time in San Pedro, Belize and it was the perfect spot to stay in! Looks just like the pictures and seemed secluded from outside even though it’s located on a main street. It is walking distance from the airport, restaurants, supermarkets, and bars/clubs if you’re into nightlife scene. Not to mention, steps away from the ocean itself!! The staff were very polite and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here! Truly a hidden gem.

The location was amazing. The room was very nice. The porch and hammock were my favorite.

The Palms is a small ocean front property with a dedicated team! Guido in the front office was especially helpful and wonderful to talk with! It is centrally located near the airport, restaurants and dive shops. Due to this, you can sometimes hear airport noise in your room or by the pool. Overall the secluded pool is a tropical oasis where we enjoyed relaxing while watching the beautiful garden, iguanas and hummingbirds! We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our fifth anniversary!

Quick walk from airport and variety of restaurants...never needed a golf vart

Everything was spectacular!! The room was amazing. The property was immaculate.. I felt the warmth and caring from the staff. Gordo and Rodriguez was absolutely top tier care. I am very delighted with this property and will come back.

My wife and I spent four nights in room 14 last week. No issues other than shower floor is a bit slow to drain. Large unit with kitchen and two bedrooms, one full bathroom and one half bathroom (no shower). Great view of the ocean from glass slider doors. Nice patio outside and several lawn chairs available facing the ocean. On site security. The grounds are very well kept. The pool is surrounded by plants, trees and secluded from the nearby road. We spent part of each day in the pool which, mostly by ourselves (slower season). The staff as mentioned in many other reviews is great. Very friendly and accommodating. This hotel (suites) is very near the San Pedro airport and not far from the water taxi port. They offer free pickup to and from both the airport and water taxi port. We had a great stay and hope to return again in the future.

One small issue but, otherwise, I could not have been happier with my 10 day stay in the Junior House. Great staff, terrific amenities, wonderful location.

Everything amazing! We had nice rooms with spectacular views of the sea. Our place was cool, the pool was beautiful, the kitchen had everything to make meals. Great location to get everywhere. Super nice staff that makes you feel like family and not as expensive as others, If you go for tours from Belize use tour guide “I Love It!”, you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent location! Right next to Ramon’s who really maintains their beach. You still wouldn’t want to swim in it due to the Sargasm but there is no smell like some other places on the island. The units were large (family of 6 and were very comfortable). Very clean and cleaning was done every day. We had an issue with our Bed being too loud and they sent their handyman to fix it for us or offered to change our room free of charge. We took the fix and it was great after that. Pool is perfect for kids. Lots of sun or shade as needed. Excellent spot on the island. Highly recommend.

Quaint, well-located and well-run little hotel. Clean rooms with a full kitchen and plenty of utensils. A/C works great. Staff helped make dinner reservations and were fantastic. Our fly fishing guide picked us up at the dock every morning. The only minor criticism is that I wish there were a restaurant/bar on-site, but we ate at Pineapples next door at Ramon's Village several times and drove the golf cart 5-10 minutes to multiple other restaurants

All around, The Palms Ocean Front Suite is a great place to stay! Beautiful ocean views, clean rooms, well maintained property, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The well stocked kitchen, living area, patio and beds make for a comfortable stay.

Everything was amazing, from being greeted at the airport, to checking in with the sweetest young gentleman, to the view and the walk to the beach room we stayed in. The Palms Oceanfront was a fantastic place to stay, the room, the ac, the full kitchen, and the staff was so memorable and great! Belize was magical

The view from the rooms can't be beat and the hotel location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and excursions. The property is well kept up and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great hotel!

Really nice and big ocean front suites! We really liked our room on the third floor. Staff were really nice and accommodating. The hotel is well located with a lot of restaurants around.
