古いホテルですが、それなりに過ごせました。料金からしてそれほど不満はありませんでした。 周辺にはコンビニや飲食店はありません。

シャトルバスが来るから待ってろと電話で言われ、3時間待たされた挙げ句、シャトルバスは来ず、自力でタクシーで来いと言われます。 バスの運転手、ホテルスタッフから何の謝罪も無く、むしろ逆ギレのような態度。従業員の質の悪さは折り紙付きでしょう。 部屋は広くてキレイ、値段相応ですが、もう二度と泊まりません。

駐車場が屋外路面なので、自由に自分で出し入れでき20ドル/日と安い(しかし、とてもせまいので何回か切り直し必要) 部屋はキッチンもあり、とても広い！！ 長期滞在には向いてます。(近くにwalgreensもあります) そして綺麗(o^^o) コスパ◎ ビーチや繁華街には少し距離があるので、移動はレンタル自転車やバスに乗らないと疲れます。 残念なのはシャワーの出が悪く、お湯が途中で水に変わる、、、、、 それさえなければ満点なんだけど、、、、。

部屋も広く、ゆったり過ごせました。清掃は、ここを綺麗にしてほしいとかシャンプーが欲しいとか具体的に示さないと、初日と同じ状態を保つのは難しいです。ビーチにも近く、中心街にも歩いて行けるので場所も良かったです。

サウスビーチのメインからは少し歩く距離にあるけど、車で行くには最適なスポット！Tax＆Fee込で１００ドルでした。１泊のみだったことから、Upgradeしてもらえて2 bedrooms & kitchen & 2 bathroom & livingroom と最適な部屋に滞在できました。部屋は二階建てのアパートメントで一般的なホテルとは違うHomeのような感じでした。プールもあってのんびり過ごしたい方にもおすすめです。

I had to move room after check in,because hotels mistake.The room where I moved is very noisy.Someting beating all the night , I couldn't sleep well.so bad! But I hate move again carrying my bags,I decided to endure. Although available WIFI ,maintenance is not good,I couldn't use overnight. I sutisfied about Kitchen supplies ,TV.room atmosphere. Accommodation costs were so high.I think that Cost-effectiveness wasnot good. Special rates for convention? Hotel location is the best.

Love it here but the pool was super dirty this year the whole week i was there so i did not get to use it, Besides that great stay

This was a great place to stay for me because it was a 5 min walk from my friend that I was visiting. The room was clean enough and the AC worked like a champ. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour front desk which is also nice. While the bathroom, kitchen, sheets and towels were clean, the furniture was not in the greatest condition. I had a room with 2 queen beds—one wasn’t very comfortable, but the other bed was fine. The couch cushions leaned forward on a slope (it was visible), which was very odd. The bed frames/headboards, window blinds and curtains need a good deep clean, but as mentioned—the bathroom, kitchen, sheets and towels were clean, which are the most important things to me, personally. I would stay there again because of the convenience (proximity to my friend’s place), the price is right, and it was clean enough. For South Beach, the price and space is a great value.

Overall I give 3 stars because they do not give towels when requested even though they tell you they will. Also, they need to start putting paper towel in the kitchen area to start guest off properly instead of having to go out and buy those essentials. Basic things like toilet paper, paper towel is what’s mainly expected to have upon arrival in our place of stay.

2-3 fliesen kaputt, aber in allem sehr schöne Wohnung. Reinigungskräfte sehr lustig und kommunikativ. Nähe zum Strand Klimaanlage leicht laut.

The room was filthy, floors were not clean, dishes were disgusting. I did not have clean linens. The bed had old sheets on it.. I felt like I was in a homeless shelter. It was one issue after another. I will not be going back there. do your research.
