朝ごはんが最高な可愛いホテルです。アーリーチェックインもしていただき、早々サンティアゴの町を堪能しました。お部屋も中庭に面しているお部屋をリクエストし、願いを叶えていただきました。おすすめです。

Staff gave good recommendation for places to eat. Room was clean but was too small.

Friendly hotel with good service

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! We were able to stay in our room until we had to leave for the airport at 7:00 p.m. without additional cost which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting relaxing and comfortable accommodations while visiting Santiago.

Horrible room attached to the lobby. Every other guest had to enter by our window and walk up the wooden stairs above our head. When I voiced concern about the noise I was told that they would stop playing music in the lobby at 10! Half eaten chocolates as a gift. Don’t stay here!!!

Great location and lovely, elegant setting with thoughtful touches and unique character. The courtyard was especially beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic.

Everything about this accommodation is fabulous…staff, location, cleanliness. It’s quaint and comfortable, and there are many nice local restaurants just across the street. You can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Very comfortable and cozy. The staff was very helpful in a number of ways, including finding and buying a bicycle pump to fill my wheelchair tires.

Excellent service all around. Convenient location with good restaurants close by, subway station a few minutes away. Would definitely return when in Santiago.
