スタッフの丁寧な対応と細やかなサービスがとてもよかったです。また、交通の利便性もよくリピートしたい宿泊場所です。

観光にも、移動にも非常に便利なロケーション、親切で感じの良いスタッフのみなさん、お部屋やベッドリネンは清潔で快適に過ごせました。事前のリクエストや問合せに、すぐに返事を貰えたのも良かったです。 荷物を持って2人がぎりぎり乗れるかどうかのクラシックな小さなエレベーターも、これぞパリのホテルというご愛嬌です。 周辺には人気のありそうな賑わっている飲食店もたくさんありました。 滞在の7-8ヶ月も前から予約しても価格は決して安くはなかったですが、それはホテルのせいではなく、今のパリでこのロケーションに泊まりたければ必要な出費ですね。 お世話になりました。ありがとう！

レストランの予約をしてくれたり、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれたり、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。 パリの同等レベルのホテルはどこも同じだと思いますが、備え付けのドライヤーが異常に弱く使い物にならないのが残念。

バスタブがあるとのことだったが、シャワーのみだった

ルーブル美術館、中世美術館へ徒歩で行けるところで探して値段で決めました。5泊しました。オデオン座の裏にある小さなホテルです。少し前にリフォームしたような感じで外見、構造は古いですが、水回りは比較的新しく、シャワーの水量も良くも悪くもないという感じです。シャワールームは明るいのですが、部屋の照明はLEDにもかかわらず、間接照明主体で暗いです。部屋は最上階の5階の部屋でしたので屋根の梁と出窓という構造でしたので、圧迫感があり（いい意味でパリっぽい？）、狭い！下層ならもう少し違ったのではないでしょうか。エレベーターは非常に小さく、欧米のよくある古いホテルにるようなもので、スーツケース持参なら1人で一杯、スーツケースなしなら２名が限界という感じです。フロントは笑顔で対応は良いです。下手な英語しか使えませんが、困ることはなかったです。朝食はクロワッサン、バゲット、酸っぱい黒い食パンと甘いデニッシュの4種、他にシリアス、チーズ2種、ハム3種、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ。コーヒー、紅茶、牛乳、オレンジジュース、グレープフルーツジュースのビュッフェという内容で3日利用しましたが同じ内容でした。パンは美味しかったです。値段は14ユーロです。ちなみに近くの洒落たカフェで朝食頼むとクロワッサン、バゲット、オレンジジュース、コーヒーで12ユーロでした。周りは大学街でレストラン、ビストロは沢山あります。パリのホテルは高いので、パリの下町でその雰囲気を味わいたい一人旅ならまずまずと思います。

ルクサンブール公園や駅にも近く、ホテルの周りは日本料理、フレンチ、ベトナム、インドネシア当然カフェもたくさんあります。静かで綺麗な地区ですし、ホテルも静かで快適でした。

こじんまりしているが、清潔で、静かなホテルだった スタッフの方が親切で、我々が尋ねた行きたい場所を丁寧に道順をおしえて 下さった。

The property location was great. Close to restaurants and cafes a short walk to Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle. The room was clean but smaller than expected. We did not have breakfast and really didn’t need to utilize the reception. I would stay there again Ed’s

My tiny room was cold and damp with one small window that didn't open. It contained a narrow single bed and some shelves. The window had frosted glass so you couldn't see out. The bathroom was freezing cold and the shower leaked water everywhere. The carpet was torn with visible threads showing. The heater was off and with low spring temperatures in London, the room was freezing. I asked for an extra blanket and was told there were none. The heat finally came on but was on a timer. The next day I complained and asked for another room and was told the manager wasn't in. The next day I complained again and was told there were no rooms available as everything was booked. They finally gave me a new room after 3 nights in the tiny cell like room. (I was booked for 4) It ruined my stay in London and I came down with a bad cold. I was also told I would get a partial refund. No sign of it. An absolutely dreadful experience!

Eric the receptionist was the highlight of our stay. Helpful and cheerful, he made our stay memorable.

Great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy. Area is very quiet and pretty safe. The Staff is very helpful and wonderful. Eric helped us check in and he was awesome! We felt so welcome. The Room is clean, everyday. They have the best down comforter we’ve ever tried. We had great sleep every night. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Ideally placed to visit many of the city attractions. Super helpful and welcoming staff. Gave directions, booked taxis and offered complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and served at sensible times. Our classic room was a little on the small side and if we returned, we would book a superior room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our hotel room was so tiny that we declined to stay there. Manager said he would not charge us but Hotels.com has not given us a refund
