Enjoyed the stay. Very clean throughout and staff were always friendly and helpful. Nice to have the option of the gym and spa plus there were always lots of sunbeds available. Only slight downsides were the wifi in the room which wasn't great (although it did work in the main reception) plus the food choices for vegetarians wasn't always fantastic. Overall I'd be happy to recommend and would stay in this hotel again.

Huoneet olivat siistit, puhtaat ja hiljaiset (8. kerros). Henkilökunta oli avuliasta, varsinkin ravintolassa. Aamiainen oli runsas ja terveellinen, ei puutteita. Illallinen oli hyvä. Sijainti oli loistava meidän maantiepyöräilylomalle. Kun tulemme ensivuonna uudestaan pyöräilemään, on hotellinne erittäin hyvä vaihtoehto.

We had a stunning holiday and stay at the Cabot Pollensa Park and Spa. Friendly, hard working staff and amazing amenities. Walking distance for restaurants and shopping, as well as the weekly Port De Pollensa markets and marina. A fabulous holiday overall.

The buffet food is just ok. But everything else about the hotel is great. Nice pool, comfortable rooms, great location, plenty of parking. Would like the pool to be available earlier in the day, maybe for adults only.

Gammel storhet, hotellet var rent og personalet utmerket. Heisene små og trege, flott uteområde for barn og voksne. Underholdning for barn hver kveld, morsomt og lærerikt. For meg som syklist, den beste delen, super oppbevaringsrom m låser, verktøy og vaskebås. Vaskemaskin for sykkeltøy. Sykkelutleie m topp utstyr og butikk m nødvendig utstyr. Alt i alt fin opplevelse, men det bor myye folk på dette hotellet.

Property was ideal for families with good all round facilities including a lovely small water park which is all that is needed. We were just B&B as this suited us, food was great and staff always very helpful. The rooms were cleaned each day to a very good standard, all in all a very good value hotel in a perfect location very near to a beautiful beach

I liked the location of the hotel close to the beach and nice stroll into the centre. The hotel ran out of hot water 3 nights out of 6 so the showers were a bit cold. The ventilation in the rooms need approving since it was quite damp.

I chose this family/spa hotel as I am a solo traveller (female) and was looking for a relaxing stay where I would feel safe and that is exactly what I got. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The whole hotel was very clean. The entertainment, particilarly on the Friday night that I arrived, were very talented musicians! I liked that the use of the spa facilities are included for free (except massage). The beautiful beach area is a 3 minute walk away with many sunbeds and umbrellas available to rent for the day, or you can lay anywhere else free of charge. There is also a restaurant right on the beach. I would definitely return and highly recommend!

I have stayed here a number of times as a sinlgle cyclist and am always made to feel welcome by staff and other customers. I always feel at home as soon as i step through the door. The food is always excellent with so much variety that it would be nigh on impossible for anyone to find something they didn't like. For me , i love the fact that there is safe and secure storage for mybike at the hotel.

L’hôtel était très décevant pour le prix. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels sur l’île de Majorque, tous dans la même gamme de prix, et tous les autres étaient top. Les installations étaient désuètes. La douche fonctionnait très mal. L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas et la chambre était un véritable four. L’hôtel était très bruyant, et la chambre mal insonorisée: on entendait tout se qui se passait dans les chambres du corridor et à l’extérieur (dont un show hommage à Elvis au bar voisin le samedi et dimanche soir). La nourriture au buffet déjeuner n’était pas bonne. La piscine était tres belle, mais manque beaucoup d’ombre, et comme l’hôtel accueille beaucoup de jeunes famille il est très difficile d’y relaxer. Par ailleurs l’hôtel est bien situé, à 5 minutes de marche de la plage la plus proche.

It was a good stay. The kids club is a great perk. My only concern is my 6 year old watched squid games while she was there and one of the teachers told her the hotel was haunted because someone killed themselves by jumping. My daughter was thrilled to hear about it so it isn’t a big deal but some kids might not be able to handle that. Breakfast was pretty diverse. We didn’t do the all inclusive.
