立地が、抜群で、大体歩いて回れる。部屋は思ったより、狭い感があったけど、きれいで、スタッフも優しく、良かった^_^

スタッフの方は、笑顔で迎えてくださり、フレンドリーで居心地が良い環境を提供してくれました。また、宿泊者にはフリードリンクが一階で提供され、外出先から帰るとほっとできるひと時でゆっくり寛ぐ事ができました。

街の中心に近いロケーションにあり、何処に行くのも便利です。若々しいスタッフとともに近代的な設備を持ち、部屋も清潔です。

古い街並みの中にあるこじんまりとしたホテルです。親切なスタッフ、清潔な部屋のおかげでゆっくりできます。

ハイテクホテルで設備がコントロールされている点が快適、朝食もサンドイッチ等充実していて素晴らしい。休日にも関わらずLaundryを頼んだら、チェックアウトの月曜日前の当日土曜日に仕上げて頂いた。対応にかけずり回って頂いたようで、とても親身。

The room was lovely. Really clean, nice bathroom etc. Hotel was ideally situated for the old town and the free tea and coffee in the reception area was a nice touch.

The personal at the front desk were truly amazing and super helpful. Also, the cleaning staff did great work cleaning my room. They are top notch!!!

This was our third stay at the PURO Hotel this year, and once again, the experience was wonderful! Special thanks to Wiktor at the front desk — his professionalism and patience were exceptional. He has consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate us and handle my occasional mishaps with grace and understanding. It’s service like this that keeps us coming back. Highly recommended!

Room was so cold. A/C broken… they offered us heater!! Incredible… We ask to change a room but it was the same as it was fiirst next to ours and we needed to test a/c in that other room as no ine from hotel didnt.. So we end up in cold room with 2 duvets and in the morning with running nose… What a shame!!!

Linda vista del cuarto al parque. Muy buen ambiente en el bar y patio. Personal muy amable. Ubicación inmejorable cerca de todo. Nos gustó mucho
