周囲は何もないイギリスの田園風景の中、貴族の館がそびえています。宿泊は徒歩2分の二階建てメゼネットのコテージ。長期宿泊も可能な設備で、インテリはは英国らしい調度品です。夜明け前の外は澄み切った地平線に日の出が綺麗に見え、朝日を浴びる館周囲はは一気に中世にタイムトラベルします。朝食も素晴らしく、貴族になった雰囲気を味わえます。アシュフォードに来たら是非おすすめです。

The main house, gardens and grounds were excellent and well maintained. Our room in the Mews was very large with french windows opening on to a shared patio, essential in this heat. There was no air conditioning, or fan and our phone in the room did not work. We were supplied with a faulty portable fan, but in the end the open doors provided enough cooling air. The shower was superb with enough hot water whenever we needed it. We could have done with a table and chairs to sit and organise paperwork etc. Breakfast was good with a cold continental buffet and a hot cooked selection as extra. On the second morning they were short staffed and we were given a refund on our breakfast for the delay. The dining room in the house was lovely with exposed stone and wooden timbered ceiling and great views of the garden. In the evening we ate at the Spa which was very good with excellent service. The spa facilities were well maintained and we enjoyed the outdoor pool in the garden and the outdoor spa.

This was our first time at Eastwell Mannor, and we were totally blown away with how beautiful and vast the place is. Everything was just perfect for us, and we will definitely be going back.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but it didn't feel like a luxury experience and I don't think it justified the price. Grounds are lovely and the staff friendly, but the service was fairly average and nobody went above and beyond to make us feel particularly welcome or valued. We were given twin beds pushed together despite booking a double room. The Mews room was extremely hot with only a small fan and no air conditioning. The iron leaked, the hairdryer was broken, and amenities were very basic for a luxury spa hotel. Breakfast was chaotic, with no staff available when we arrived and long waits for tea and coffee. Reception was often slow, and on more than one occasion I spent a long time queuing without being acknowledged. Booking spa access and treatments was unnecessarily complicated, requiring multiple emails and no response to a query about treatments. The spa itself was pleasant but limited, with one indoor pool closed for maintenance, leaving just one main inside pool, a small sauna and steam room. The outdoor pool was lovely, but access involved another long queue and sunbeds are gone very early on a hot day. Service at Sage Spa restaurant was also very slow, even for drinks. There were lots of small frustrations that add up. While we enjoyed parts of our stay, the overall experience didn't match the premium price point. I don't expect perfection - lots of other hotels and spas (at a fraction of the price) have better facilities, service and attention to detail.

Lovely surrounding and a great dip in the outdoor pool and beer on a great terrace, luckily we found d a safe place to park the bikes as there seemed to be no official rial bike parking

Room looked ready for a refresh. Carpet needed replacing . Bed comfortable and clean though and TV and other electricals worked. Breakfast was and serving staff were excellent .

Beautiful location, stunning property! Some of the staff were unhelpful and curt. Breakfast booked at check in, advised breakfast served until 11:15, so we could spa first, so we booked for 10 to allow for this - breakfast actually stopped serving at 10. We stayed in a beautiful courtyard. Rooms had everything you needed and nice touch that all bathroom products are Elemis. The room was pretty run down, carpets worn out and poorly siliconed around bathroom.

Such a beautiful building very very poorly maintained the first room we were in had plaster falling from the wall and smashed tiles in the bathroom. They changed our room and that was much nicer but still poorly maintained. The gardens are amazing and very well maintained! The bar staff didn’t know what drinks were (aperol) and was only saved by a very nice F&B manager! Dinner was great however breakfast was terrible with a long queue after being told to book for 09.30 we stood in line for 20 mins and no table was available then no pastries at all and asked if I would like toast after my breakfast arrived. Reception was not manned in the morning and the person manning reception when he had clearly returned from his cigarette wasn’t helpful at all! In summary a lovely location building and grounds with some to the worst Maintenece I’ve seen in years and I travel globally every week and totally understaffed with the trained and the untrained!!

Disappointed our room was not made up had to phone reception and ask them to make it up no hot water at the bathroom sink tap staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good very picturesque hotel in lovely well maintained grounds excellent spa overall a very nice few days stay.

Amazing location food top class and rather affordable

The spa is the only thing that saves this hotel as without it it would be a very poor hotel. Rooms are very dated, our bed was like a camp bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast in Sage took an hour to be served and it wasn’t even busy. Give staying guests at least the option to go get yoghurt and pastries etc. while they wait for the breakfast cooked meal, having to wait for everything to be served is really old hat these days. Most staff try their best, but you can see management decisions are having an impact on their day too as so many were complaining about wait times.

Beautiful hotel.

I booked the Delux manor room (£250+) for my mum's 70th birthday but it was terrible. Coffee machine was dirty, kettle was not clean and was too small, mould around the window, mould and damp marks on the ceiling in the room and in the bathroom. Tom was accommodating on the phone prior to staying, restaurant staff were very slow serving but were friendly and James (duty manager) promised a full refund after my complaint about the mould and the fact it caused my asthma to flare up causing me to take my reliever through the night and the week after the stay.. 2 weeks later I still have had no refund and will escalate it further as selling a room in that condition is unacceptable to customers health. Photos to prove all of the above. Price does not include swimming pool use unlike other hotels. A very disappointing stay all round.

Rooms were dirty, mouldy walls, moudly curtains, previous guests make up and marks all over the headboard, a sink that took a day to drain, old tired bath that no one would ever want to relax in. Hooks hanging half out of the wall. Breakfast was poor, never seen a full English served with roast potatos and they tried to charge £2 for a coffee that isn't from a coffee press... The biggest joke here is that there were people complaining about the state of the rooms in front of us, with similar feedback so why this place decides to operate with such low standards is beyond me. The spa is so average, overcrowded and has strong leisure centre energy with low ceilings and nowhere near enough loungers. After our complaint about the room we were downgraded from a 'luxe' room and given a 'standard mews' room. The new room, whilst it didnt have a dirty headboard or mold, it still had a sink that wouldnt drain, a shower head that was old and broken (missing all the nozzles so water just poured through the holes. The room was such a weird and uncomforable space with no cupboard doors to the storage (leaving ugly fans and iron, hair dryer on show) and it didnt even have space for the stained and burnt ironing board which was therefore just left out in the room for display. Also the room had no mirror or a space to hang the towel and robes. The restaurant on site, we went to was Sage, don't waste your time. expensive, small, average potions. I dont have enough space for this part...

Amazing place the 'Eastwell Champneys Estate'. Fantastic accommodation. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, specific James helped at the reception and Victoria at the Health Spa. Breakfast was great as it was a buffet. Nice supper and as well the bar meal with good prices. Great heated indoor and heated outdoor pool and heated outdoor with whirlpools. Will come soon again.

We had bookedcthexroom with breakfast buffet but there was no buffet it was instead a menue breakfast with limitation order. As we complained about it received free breakfast as a buffet the next day through the organisation of James at the reception.Thank you again James!

When we went to the dining room, many food was finished and they didn't add any new ones. So the continental breakfast menu was awfull.Also our choices for dinner weren't tasty. But Spa was excellent.

I love this place - it is charming and peaceful and the staff are very helpful - in particular Rebecca who goes out of her way to help .
