Love the second floor balcony &t the staff was very nice and helpful

My TV did not work during the stay asked everyday and the toilet ran forever. People very nice but no help

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were courteous and highly professional. The location is accessible and conveniently situated, close to everything. They even helped me plan my tours, which made my stay much easier. I highly recommend this place!

the hotel was clean and staff was nice, it’s not a 5 star hotel but you get what you pay for. it’s worth it if you plan on doing a lot of excursions and going out at night. it’s very walkable and has a lot of restaurants and clubs around it. only complaints it was a little hot in the room during the day but got cold at night.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, einfaches Hotel. Gut zentral gelegen und somit tiptop für Übernachtungen, wenn tagsüber Aktivitäten auf dem Programm stehen. Für uns hat es seinen Zweck getan. Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Sicht auf den Vulkan, wo man zwischendurch auch mal verweilen kann. Das Frühstück war okay. Eigebfééḷéeschützter

Great place to stay with an absolute amazing view of the volcano. Honestly you cant beat the view. Rooms are small but if you just sleep there then its plenty

Staff was very helpful and nice. The only thing we didnt like was the safe didn't work. The food was delicious and you got a 5% discount if you ate there. Our breakfast was included. We had an early tour one day and they made us our breakfast early even though they didn't open yet. They do ask that you not flush toilet paper.

It was a good location. Rooms were as expected. Cute little place.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and we decided to book this hotel last minute and it was one of the best decisions we made, it was a nice small cozy hotel, the people here were nothing but amazing, they were all very nice and caring. I have no regrets about booking this hotel and if I was to go back to Costa Rica I would stay here again!!! Thank you to everyone that works here and specially the people in the restaurant you guys are all amazing! PURA VIDA!

This is a simple hotel in the central location of La Fortuna with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Easy check in. Great breakfast, included. Ashley was so friendly, she made us feel like family.

I think most importantly the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They always strived to help with anything you needed whether it was food, reservations, the spa, etc. everything was great and in a great location. Thank you for helping to make our vacation great!

Such a nice hotel with amazing views! This is the second time in many years I’ve stayed here and I can still say it’s a great hotel for the price. Also super convenient to get around la fortuna without needing taxis. Highly recommend!

Superbe terrasse avec vue sur le volcan. Des canapés avec tables et chaises sur terrasse couverte, très agréable. Super petit déjeuner. Grande chambre. Seul bemol, l'hôtel est très bruyant.
