とても素晴らしいホテルです。調度品はアンティーク調で建物全体が美術館のよう。部屋も全般的に清潔でとても静か。ホテルスタッフも全般的にとても親切でホスピタリティあふれるサービスでした。朝食のレパートリーは少し課題があるかもしれませんが、庭側に面したガラス張りのテーブル席は雰囲気抜群で優雅な朝食時間を過ごすことができました。クスコ市内中心のアルマス広場からも徒歩2~3分の距離にあり立地もとても便利。次回クスコ再訪時にはまた泊まりたいホテルです。

高所のクスコにあるホテルでしたがロビーにコカ茶が常備、また部屋には酸素濃度を調整する機能があり助かりました。 朝食は中庭でオムレツを焼いてくれたりクレープがあったりとても美味しかったです。 スイーツに滞在でしたが部屋はもちろんバスタブ付のお風呂もとても清潔で洋風のお洒落なものでした。

あいだ1日のマチュピチュ泊をはさみ、合計2泊しました。2泊目はスイートルームに無料アップグレードしていただきました。とても素敵なホテルで、スタッフの方々の対応もとてもよかったです。荷物預かりやタクシーの手配などもスムーズにしてくださりとても助かりました。 ロビーにある無料サービスのコカ茶も美味しく、高山病対策にたくさんいただきました。 北米在住の私でも、一生に二度は訪れない土地だと思いますので日本からの旅行だと尚更だと思います。 多少の贅沢をしてでもホテルステイを楽しむ価値のあるホテルだと思います。

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切。立地も最高のホテルです。レストランの食事もルームサービスも美味しいです。

Correspondence of staff was very good. When to go to Machupicchu, it made me a breakfast box because breakfast is not to eat. The room was also enhanced clean and amenities. But tub and shower was inconvenient away. Vegetables had little to breakfast. Location is very good, also I wanted to come.

The staff were great and the room was well kept. The shower in our room was amazing and a well appreciated after a long trek!

A acomodação foi uma das melhores que ja me hospedei na vida. Ambientes limpos e cheirosos, equipe prestativa como nunca vi, cafe da manha dos sonhos. No quarto, ainda fiquei encantada com o sistema de aquecimento no chao do banheiro, achei um diferencial super importante. Nota 10!

Very nice hotel and location

Good experience. Very professional staff. I often skip breakfast so cannot comment on the restaurant. Very comfortable bed. Very close walking distance to the main plaza. Honest staff - I left an expensive item in the room by accident and the staff got it and I was able to retrieve it two days later when I returned to Cusco.

Nice location, love the building, super clean, safe, and the breakfast was really tasty with a really buffet options, nice and friendly staff, Price is just fair for alll that they offer . Awesome experience

So close to the historic center of Cusco! Two blocks. The number one advantage, besides the hotel itself, in fact a national patrimonium historic site and the entire staff being so welcoming, helpful, professional and genuinely nice.
