ロケーションもさることながらタイルをあちこちに使った造りが素敵だった。食事は併設のレストランがあるが、近くにはコンビニがないのが難点。 しかし、笑顔のサービス、コーヒーメーカー、1ℓボトルの水などうれしい。

オアハカ歴史地区内にあり、観光、食事等に非常に便利でした。また、ホテル周辺の治安も悪くないと感じました。コロニアル建築物を利用していることもあり、施設として物足りなさはあります。また、フロントやレストランに、英語が話せない方がおられ、コミュニケーションがうまくできないことはありましたが、両替やタクシーの手配などこちらの要望に適切に対応していただけました。廊下で騒ぐ人がいて、少し気になりました。

En general muy bien, muy buena atencion de los empleados y el restaurante muy bueno. algo para mejorar es el baño la regadera de chorro y sin una cortina adecuada; entonces el agua se esparcia al rededor. Me hospedaria nuevamente, muy centrico para caminar en el centro historico.

The room smelled fresh and clean. The bed sheets were clean and fresh. Having 4 pillows is perfect. Only suggestion is that you provide wash cloths for the shower. And did the leaky sink in room 103. Everything else was great. The ladies at the front desk were customer service oriented and friendly. The decor of the hotel is amazing.

Las habitaciones son oscuras, la única ventana da a un cubo cerrado que da a la ventana de otra habitación, por lo que no tienes vista a nada y no invita a estar en la habitación mucho tiempo y el mobiliario es muy viejo. La ubicación si es muy buena. La atención de la camarera, botones, y el encargado del estacionamiento muy buena super atentos.

Check was well, but when we got to the room, the TV did not work the Internet they have service and finally the front desk informed us that there was no water at the hotel. We stayed there for about two or three hours and left worst experience ever and I’m trying to see if I can get a refund for the hotel.

Every thing was perfect

Only stayed one night, but it was exactly what we needed! Rooms were clean, great location to walk around and explore the heart of Oaxaca. Parking garage within the Hotel was very convenient and safe. The only downfall was the noise level we could hear within the halls in our room. Other than that it was great!

Super nice staff

We had a wonderful stay, service is outstanding and staff goes above and beyond to support guests. Room had AC which was nice and the beds were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was on the low side but we could live with that. Will definitely come back.

La.habitacion descuidada y vieja, para el costo que pague dejo mucho que desear, el personal nada atento, pedi unas toallas y nunca me llegaron y mi vehiculo quedo lo dejaron en la calle en lugar de estacionamiento
