ロケーションもさることながらタイルをあちこちに使った造りが素敵だった。食事は併設のレストランがあるが、近くにはコンビニがないのが難点。 しかし、笑顔のサービス、コーヒーメーカー、1ℓボトルの水などうれしい。

オアハカ歴史地区内にあり、観光、食事等に非常に便利でした。また、ホテル周辺の治安も悪くないと感じました。コロニアル建築物を利用していることもあり、施設として物足りなさはあります。また、フロントやレストランに、英語が話せない方がおられ、コミュニケーションがうまくできないことはありましたが、両替やタクシーの手配などこちらの要望に適切に対応していただけました。廊下で騒ぐ人がいて、少し気になりました。

The location of the hotel is the #1 reason to stay, walking distance to anywhere, you don’t need a rental car to visit main places in downtown. Tours pick u up from the hotel! The staff is the star 🌟 of the hotel, everyone was helpful, attentive and friendly! The shower need some improvement and the room needs some renovation, like the closet. Beds are nicely firm 👍 I really enjoyed my time in Oaxaca City! It is so beautiful 💕

La habitación es muy básica y antigua, pero sobre todo el baño. Las áreas comunes pintorescas.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay in the city and walk everywhere. Check in was easy checkout was easy. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! There is parking pool and rooftop terrace with delicious drinks and food/ plus cute area for pictures

Accueil excellent, personnel réactifs, aidants, souriants. L'établissement est beau, bien décoré, une demeure coloniale. Un peu plus de maintenance semble nécessaire dans les détails. Pommeau de douche très vieux et qui aurait besoin de tremper dans du vinaigre pour éliminer le calcaire qui bouche les trous, manque les cordons pour allumer le ventilateur de plafond. Chambre assez petite et très propre, salle de bain aussi. Bonne literie !! Position centrale a deux pas de la cathédrale et du zocalo, des restaurants, centre d'artisanat, marchés etc. Je recommande :)

El hotel está muy limpio, el personal de recepción se que reciben instrucciones y es su trabajo pero muy poco flexibles en por ser ayudar a solucionar la falta de habitaciones por no estar listas siendo que yo tenía acceso más temprano a la habitación fue casi casi imposible, el hotel está súper bien ubicado

El personal fue amable. El detalle del té y agua en el recibidor fue genial porque hacía mucho calor.

It was clean, staff was friendly, and we were able to leave our bags locked away after check out so we could explore the city before leaving.

Rooms are clean, staff are kind and attentive - its a very basic hotel - small rooms, not super bright or attractive but the location and the cost is incredible!

Habitacion muy limpia. La TV nunca funcionó pero no la ocupamos. Colchones demasiados suaves para mi espalda.
