外への出入り口に近い部屋だったので、ビジターの出入りが多い時はドアの音が気になりました。夜は静かでした。

ホテルの場所はトラムもバスも乗りやすいし、コーヒーもスーパーマーケットも近くて最適です。海までも1ブロックで行けるのでCityとbeachのどちらも楽しめます。 スタッフさんの対応も素早くてとてもいいです。 1つだけ伝えたいのは、お湯を出す際に雷みたいな音が出ます。何も知らなかったし夜のチェックインだったので怖くて眠れませんでした。朝にシャワーの出し方を教えてくれたのだけど、先に教えてほしかったし、シャワー浴びれず寝る夜はとても辛かったです。 あとは、載せてる写真は少し盛り過ぎかな。

Friendly staff, easy access to shops and the star

Parking was easy. Great location for everything at Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and Casino. Looks a little tired but an easy stay.

There was a maintenance issue with the bathroom taps. The washers need to be replaced as the taps were constantly leaking.

Room wasn’t ready when arrived had to wait till 315pm bathroom was mouldy on the roof Overall it was okay No lift only stairs to use

Great loacation, room was clean on arrival. The room was serviced twice in the 16days we stayed, fresh bedding and towels which is fine, however the bathroom was never cleaned in that whole time which was very poor and there was also a bit of a challange with mould in the bathroom which we had to spray with mould killer regularly.Apart from that everything else was good

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was able to leave our bags, as arrived early, very helpful and accommodating staff. Great location also, was perfect for our stay on Broadbeach. Will definitely look at staying here upon my return.

Rated as 3 star and it was. However we knew that and it met our expectations. Great location.

Great location close to the shopping centre and beach, with tram stop nearby.

The property was dated and incredibly noisy due to nearby construction. The bedroom did not have a spilt system or even a fan which meant having to sleep on the couch to stay cool most nights. In saying that, the property was very clean and the pool was nice.

Great location, close to everything by foot!

Really great area, you’re so close to the beach, shopping, grocery store, restaurants and bus stop. Location can’t be beat. Unfortunately in my unit the wifi was extremely spotty which was a big problem for me because it relied on it heavily. Also found roaches under the dishwasher but they did spray and exterminator came the next day. Overall a good experience.

Had a nice pool. Rooms didnt look like pictures really. Kitchen and bathroom in need of refurbishing. Construction behind and expensive for what it was. Good location

The unit seemed old and lacked many modern amenities.
