Notre séjour a été convenable, le personnel très accueillant, nous avons eu même un ticket gratuit pour le parking rulantica.

Bra hotell men ingen AC, endast fläkt. Jobbigt under sommaren med barn. Frukosten var ok, inte mer.

was really pleased with myself finding an excellent rate for this hotel which to be fair is a basic hotel but more than adequate and importantly clean. I wasn’t however very popular with my family who report having the worsts night sleep on account of the heat experienced at the moment and the hotel not having any air conditioning. Even in the dead of night the temperature registered as being 31 degrees in the room. They did have a little desk fan in the room but the hot air was just stagnant and it didn’t spilt well between the 3 of us. In hindsight I should have spent that extra £50 and had one of the neighbouring hotels that do have air conditioning to guarantee a good nights sleep. That said it is a great little place and I wouldn’t discount in it winter months (they have heating!) but it’s not very comfortable when it’s hot. As mentioned the rooms were basic but are a good size and ideal for families with young children. Clear instructions were given for arrival after 2pm when the reception desk then becomes unstaffed. It’s in a great location with free parking. Bottles of water were appreciated only there was only one fridge to share on our whole floor located in the main hallway which was full of people’s food. Breakfast was included but wasn’t great to be honest and apart from orange juice we didn’t have anything. Staff we encountered were friendly and the hotel has a very laid back vibe.

Hôtel vraiment proche d’Europa Park, bon petit déjeuner, parking gratuit et les chambres étaient fonctionnelles et propre ! Parfait pour passer un séjour sans prise de tête à EP ou Rulantica !

I didn't see room service as an option, no real kitchen, just breakfast ( which is outstanding delicious), so bring snacks or go out and eat. There's a market close by, but remy, just snacks, no microwave to cook anything.

Sauberkeit war in Ordnung aber eine Klimaanlage fehlte. Beim Einchecken war kein Personal da,aber am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück vorhanden und freundlich.

When we checked in it was incredibly warm, 35+ degrees. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a table fan. That's more of an insult than any actual help. No portable AC, no real cooling and no staff, just an envelope with our names and room key. The hotel overall was ok, but the heat was really uncomfortable and will be what we remember.

Zimmer sauber, Frühstück ziemlich einfach. Leider ist die Rezeption ab Mittags schon den ganzen Tag nicht mehr besetzt, wir kamen beim eigenständigen Check-in nicht optimal zurecht. Habe mich ein bisschen wie in einem verlassenen Hotel gefühlt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die zahlreichen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel

Hébergement très pratique pour aller à Europapark notamment avec le parking gratuit. Chambre plutôt grande mais très minimaliste. Petit déjeuner passable
