部屋は綺麗だったが、ドライヤーがべとべとしていて掃除がされていなかった。

朝食は、ヴァラエティが豊富で、給仕も機敏に対応してくれて、非常に満足した。 レセプションも、対応が非常に良く、入口のセキュリティも安心できるものであった。

三泊しましたが、本当に良いホテルでした！ レストランも豊富で美味しくて雰囲気もよく、言うことなしです。また使わせていただきます！

近隣国の同ホテルでテロがあったためかX線による荷物検査が ホテルに帰るたびに行われ、セキュリティがしっかりしている。 車についても敷地に入る前にトランク検査が行われる。 市内には別の★★★★★ガバメントホテルがあるので、そんな ことはないと思っていたが、一部の宿泊者には軍隊の警備がつ いていたので、隣国との関係が悪化した時には要人が宿泊する 可能性の高い同ホテルの宿泊は避けた方がいいかもしれない。 なお、市内観光にはあまり地理的に有利ではないが、コンシュ ルジュがいろいろと丁寧に対応してくれる。 ちなみに、室内TVの番組一覧にNHKがあるものの映らない。 フロントに聞いてみたが、サービスなしということでした。

Smell in the room, phone not working ...only extremely hot water coming ..and staff not corrected even after complain.

The availability of the café helped us meet family at a time when nothing else would be available

Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Not worth the money

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This place is literally heaven on Earth. The staff exceeds all expectations. The amenities are perfect. The restaurants are top notch. The managers will resolve even the slightest inconvenience in a short period of time with little to zero stress on the customer. The ambience of the hotel is astonishing and the SCENT evokes serenity. Special thanks to F&B manager Mahesh, staff member Sagar and receptionist Jogita. These 3 especially deserve high accolades!!!
