Clean, spacious and well kept rooms. Breakfast was excellent!

Great service. Huge clean room. Great hot breakfast. The only thing was the TV was a pain to have to constantly reprogram to get channels working.

Just a fabulous time! Whether I needed to explore the surrounding area for quick bites, or go further for a day trip, Comfort Inn Bayer's Lake brought much in the way of service and convenience.

Great hospitality.

I had a flight from Calgary cancelled and then 2 more delays after the cancellation. They were super booked my first night wasn’t the greatest, it wasn’t because of the staff it was because I’m an extremely light sleeper and I was near the lobby on the main floor, I heard everything. I requested a new room, to which they gave. Family and I went out to visit family and grabbed a bite to eat. When I got back to my room, there was a note telling me they were sorry for my travel experience, etc., and to open the fridge. They left us a beautiful charcuterie board along with cheesecake and a brownie! It was awesome; they really went above and beyond to make our experience better! The breakfast was good, rooms are very clean, staff is amazing! I will be back the next time I’m in Halifax. I would have booked again last night and tonight (July 4&5 2025) but they were booked solid!

It might be a 3 star hotel but it has 5 star service and 5 star cleanliness. I have no complaints and everyone I encountered was lovely and helpful, especially Shiela.

This was a very nice hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Thai restaurant across the street was very good and fast. The swimming pool was open early for a morning swim. The breakfast is hands down the best complimentary breakfast I have had at a hotel and the dining room was kept very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Was extremely noisy all night … was kept awake til 3:30 am from noise coming from room above us ! Called the front desk .. they did nothing , went to front desk .. he said “ I talk to the room above you and they said they were fine “ I will prolly never stay there again . But figured ppl should know what they were getting into when looking for a place to stay ! There are much nicer hotels in the area to stay at !
