ターンダウンサービスがあるホテルなのに 値段がそれ程高くない。

スタッフ　部屋の清潔　広さ満足です

部屋も広く、清潔でした。 朝食が小さな一品が非常に豊富で、いずれも非常にこった料理で、おいしかった。 部屋に記念のため持って帰れるテディーベアが置いてあった。毎日フルーツが置いてあり、また出かけ際に水を無料でいただきました。

不満な点 ・ウエルカムフルーツが古かったらしく、食べられるものが無かった。 ・ギフトのワイン（ボトル小）を到着日に飲まず、宿泊二日目に飲もうとしたら、ワイングラスが片付けられてしまっていた。 ・シャワーの出が悪い。 ・チェックアウトの際、エキストラベッド＆朝食の支払いがされていないと言われた。エクスペディアで支払い済みの旨伝えても、最初は承知せず、押し問答となったので、エクスペディアからの領収書を出したところ、ようやく再確認し、支払い済みであることが判明。謝罪はSORRYの一言のみ。 私にとって、サービスとホスピタリティは見せかけな印象。コストパフォーマンスは悪いと感じた。

部屋に着くと、支配人のメッセージとウェルカムフルーツ、テディベアが迎えてくれました。 ロビーはゆったりと落ち着いた雰囲気で、大人の滞在者が多く、贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 朝食も最高です！

到着した時、ウェルカムドリンクとしてのシャンパンもとても美味しいものでした。さらに、部屋にはウェルカムフルーツも用意されてました。 室内も掃除がいき届いていて窓枠まで掃除してありました。雰囲気もかなりよくアメニティも充実してましたし、19:30頃も掃除に来て、かわいいぬいぐるみまで置いてありました。食事は夕食も朝食も美味しく、かなりのレベルです。 チェックアウト後、預けてあったレンタカーを玄関までまわしてくれてる間も何か飲み物でもとリクエストを聞いてくれました。 ルレシャトーホテルとして素晴らしいホテルでした！ 是非お勧めしますよ！

フレンドリーで丁寧な対応、快適に過ごせた。旧市街までは少し距離があるが、散歩がてら歩くのに丁度良いし、観光客でざわついた感じがなく好ましい。

今まで宿泊した中で最高点を付けられる対応の良いホテルでした。 ホテル到着直後にすぐ出かけなければならず、レセプションに荷物を預けるだけの予定でしたが、 戻ると部屋に荷物が運ばれていて嬉しくなりました。レセプションからエレベーターホールに行く途中にある バーラウンジではピアノ演奏があり、ピアノに耳を傾けながらお酒を楽しむお客様で埋まっていました。 部屋もとてもキレイで、メッセージカードもお客さんへの想いが伝わる素晴らしいものでした。 朝食のビュッフェも少々高いですが、ゆで卵を頼んだら、殻の剥かれた温泉卵のような半熟状態の物をトーストに乗った状態で持ってきて頂き、黄身もキレイにトーストに吸い込まれ、感動しながら美味しくいただきました。この手間は普通のホテルではとてもじゃないけど出来ないかもしれません。 一泊しか予定を入れておらず、長期滞在予定にしておけば良かったと後悔したほどです。 またドレスデンを訪れる際には必ず予約したいホテルです。

I enjoyed the European interior and kind services of the hotel. Wifi access was available but not stable. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable though the size of the room was not so big and without bath tub. I don't think the breakfast was worth the price. It might be better to have breakfast at cafe along the Elbe river, with more reasonable price and fantastic river view. The location was good for sightseeing; about 10 minute walk to the old town.

Es war ein schönrer Aufenthalt mit freundlich zuvorkommenden Personal und einem schönen wie sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmer. Ruhig gediegene Atmosphäre + einem reichhaltigen leckeren Frühstück und einem feinem 3 Gänge im Restaurant dazu. 5 Sterne von 5 Sternen von mir.

Wonderful. Room with lots of love to detail. Also enjoyed the excellent dinner and service. Would always come back. Breakfast, though pretty for the eye, tasted ‘cold’ and flavourless, staff with ridiculous attitude. Never again.

Best experience was my breakfast. The quality and choices for someone who loves veggie is excellent. It will be better if the hotel provides better lighting everywhere.

We had an amazing time here. Everything was amazing except the church bells going off at 7am and there is no getting around it but it was a lovely stay and easily walkable to all the areas you we wanted to see.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a truly wonderful stay at the Relais & Châteaux Hotel Bülow Palais. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The suite was beautiful, with elegant furnishings and a carpet that was clearly well maintained—nothing felt worn or outdated, which made the space all the more comfortable and inviting. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really set this hotel apart and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was fantastic and an experience we would highly recommend. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit the spa or try the breakfast buffet this time, we look forward to both on our next visit. This is without a doubt a 5-star hotel in every sense. We cannot recommend it enough and will certainly be back!
