SOL駅から近く観光も便利でした。シャワーブースが狭めなのとシャワー水圧弱く、お湯が3人目から出なくなったのは残念なところです。

とても便利な場所にホテルはあります。 ソルからすぐです。 深夜でも人通りがあります。 窓を開けるとうるさいですが閉めれば問題ありません。 フロントはありません。 玄関のベルを鳴らしても故障しているのか何の反応がありません。 数百メーター離れたところに数件のアパートメントを統括したフロントデスクがあります。 とても探しにくい場所にあります。 深夜２時から午前９時まではフロントがクローズします。 フロントデスクでベルの故障？の件を話しましたが対はありませんでした。 部屋は広く過ごしやすいです。 エアコンも水回りも問題ありません。 電子レンジがあるのでラップも欲しかった。 モップと箒は部屋にありますがそのほかのルームサービスはありませんでした。

I have been a guest at Suits Your Zinc for the past four years, visiting the property at least once a year. My family and I have viewed all the available rooms, and over time, we have noticed a marked decline in room quality. The lack of kitchen items we've found in the past and, especially, the poor quality of the beds is noticeable. The room appears clean, but if you look under the bed (for anything that might have fallen), you can see that the cleaning is superficial. The towels seem to be the same ones we used on our first visit—very poor quality and clearly indicating excessive and indiscriminate use. On the other hand, some street noise is to be expected, but being woken up by the noise of each guest returning at different times in the early morning is completely unacceptable. The doors, bathrooms, showers... they weren't always like this. Well, we were previously on the upper floors, so it's understandable that the lower the room, the more noise you hear from the building itself. The staff must be very good with technology, but in terms of presence and service, this is a hotel/hostel where you're on your own, and considering the cost per night, anyone would expect a bit more. Closing a chapter...best of luck. Note: instead of replying, put the energy on improving, is a great location but...

Everything went well, and the communication with the staff was quick and effective. We just had 2 issues, the only sofa was really uncomfortable, and the washer machine didn’t work. We talked to the staff about the sofa and was nothing that could be done, and we didn’t call for the washer machine because it was during the weekend and we didn’t have time for it.

Great stay!

La ubicación es perfecta. Literalmente estamos a minutos caminando de los mayores atractivos turísticos de Madrid. A donde sea que vayas hay un lugar icónico. Hay estaciones de metro muy cerca. Restaurantes, supermercado El Corte Inglés, casas de cambio de moneda. Nuestra habitación quedó en el piso 5. Teníamos que utilizar elevador hasta el piso 4 y subir en escaleras al piso nuestro. Ya sabíamos de esta posibilidad, pero se los comento para que lo tengan en cuenta si escogen esta propiedad. Nos volveríamos a quedar aquí. El último día se fue la luz por unas horas en nuestra habitación. El resto del hotel y alrededores tenía luz.

La habitación estuvo bien, bastante espacio. Haces el check in en un edificio pero los cuartos están en otro (3 a 4 minutos a pies). Tuvieron un retraso menor (30 minutos) al entregarnos el cuarto pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Konutun konumu gayet iyi ama resimde görünenlerden eski. Yatak ve yatak örtülerinin temizliğine dah dikkat edilmesi. Konuta giriş kolayd ve iletişim iyiydi.

Excelente ubicación, muy linda la unidad, bien dotada de todo lo necesario.
