Sheffieldの駅からも車で近いし、道路沿いなのに、とても静かなので、ゆっくり寛げました。 ホテルのスタッフも、大変フレンドリーで、アットホームな感じのホテルでした。 wifiも、すぐにつながりやすいですし、部屋も広く、とても、居心地が良かったです。 ぜひ、また、Sheffieldに来た際は、泊まりたいホテルです。価格も、とても、リーズナブルでした。

Clean, good breakfast, Bar, ample parking

Excellent

Everything great except the sound proofing in the windows. The hotel backs onto some kind of industrial site so there was noise from vehicles on that site until the early morning and then early again in the morning. Staff were great and the standard of the room was excellent. Just take some ear plugs if you are given a room at the back of the hotel

The room was a bit cold. It would also benefit from having a lamp on the desk as the desk area was too dark to work at comfortably even with the main lights on. Food was ok but did decide to eat elsewhere after the first night

Very clean, good breakfast choice. staff especially Joe excellent. Shame Restaurant had to close on the Sunday. Had to get a takeaway. Would stay here again.

The staff members were excellent. The rooms were a bit in need of updating, but comfortable and very clean. All in all, a good value for the price.

Room pleasant, but slightly tired

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The food at breakfast was atrocious, even though it was cooked to order rather than from a hot tray - badly cooked bacon, rubbery scrambled egg and cold tomatoes.

Couldn't use the shower. The bathroom was overpowered with bleech. Made me wheeze and cough. The bed wasn't secured and leaned on it and it moved sideways. Turned off the old style air conditioning units as mould spores can build up in these. Opened the windows so bearable

Clean room and quiet. Slept well in the kingsize bed. Staff pleasant. Paid for breakfast it was average. Convenient for visiting my family.

The room window did not close so asked to move to another room. The window in that room also did not close and the heating did not work so had to move back to the original room where at least the heater worked. Not ideal but no other options available

Food was awful it had to go back. Room was nice but tv wasnt plugged in, reception provided an extension lead to plug it into the wall. When they left i realised the remote had no batteries. I just gave up

Nice meals and rooms, courteous and friendly staff.

Poor staff especially on the bar , having to que for ages to get served

Very cold room with heating on full. Got charged for 2 nights when my plans changed to 1 night with good notice even though a regular. Food dreadful

Stayed a few times. Very clean and all facilities work. Greeting at reception could be better, always quite cold and salesy : once really ill and said I had to sit down, they didn’t help and reminded me I would still have to pay before I leave. The freight cabin fork lift round the back at11.30pm is worth a miss. Not had this issue before. Otherwise good

Doors banging from 8.30am. Cleaners entering rooms and leaving the doors lock on so making loud banging noises from 8.30

Everything was really good even helped solve a problem quickly. I wasnt impressed with the chamber maid though as i asked for the sheets to be changed as i accidentally spilt my tea (a whole cup)on the bed on the friday night, when we got back saturday night after peter kay, it was still the same bedding they just remade the bed with dirty sheets. also they put away the dirty cup we left out saturday morning.
