Excellent facilities, great stay.

My favourite place to stay in Hamilton. I always feel really safe staying here - can drive right to the door. The rooms are really nicely decorated and super well appointed - great lighting, good chairs and table, and lots of nice small touches like the chilled water in the fridge, the beautiful Dreamview milk from raglan and yummy cookies. Also lovely that these get replenished daily not just on the first night. Highly recommend the Jet Park. They also have a pool, tennis court, gym and sauna. The restaurant is also outstanding and the staff just lovely and soooo very helpful.

Friendly, helpful reception staff. Spacious room. Bed comfortable. Cookies. Kettle for tea, coffee. Carafe of water in fridge. Fresh A2 milk. Robes. Large shower. Only negative was that part of it's floor was slippery, something remediable. Parking outside door. Short walk to airport check in. I fetched a trolley for my bags. Would be happy to stay again.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We just needed a place to stop for 1 night after travelling continuously for 24 hours. This hotel was perfect for location, comfort and great amenities at the hotel too.

The concierge was very nice and attentive to my needs.

Very nice place to stay, the presentation and cleanliness of the unit was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating and great to deal with.

Loved that it was away from the busyness of the city but still close enough to drive there. Also had everything we needed even a spa, pool, sauna and gym

Nice easy overnight stay for work

Pet friendly. On arrival there was a dog bed, towel, toy, dog treats and biscuits, and two bowls ! Room service was great and staff you dealt with very friendly.

Booked the room last minute and glad i chose this place. Although there was either dry blood or red dirt at the light switch but nothing a water and paper towel cant fix. Great room - huge room and bathroom. Had breakfast here as well it was great but missing pancakes/waffles. Its smack bang in the airport area so you need some sort of transport to get you around. Theres no way you can walk from the airport to the shops. Will stay here again for short stay. Staff here was wonderful and very welcoming.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and right across the road to the airport and event centre.

minutes from hamilton there was things to do. didn’t try the café or room service but would definitely do so next time
