Zimmer sind veraltet.Aussenanlage dafür sehr gepflegt.

Der Strand ist eine Katastrophe und das Personal an der Rezeption arrogant und unhöflich. Ansonsten ist alles gut bis sehr gut!

Ausstattung und Essen sind wirklich super. Eigener Strand mit schönen Liegen und Schirmen und Beach Bar. Die Lage ist auch super, nicht weit von Heraklion und perfekt für Tagesausflüge. Zimmer waren schön aber nicht wirklich besonders, Badezimmer etwas klein in den normalen Zimmern. Highlight ist die Minibar, die täglich aufgefüllt wird. Das Hotel ist zwar kein Adults Only jedoch sind die weiteren Pools deutlich ruhiger als der Hauptpool, sodass man auch hier gut entspannen konnte

Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings.

A very nice upscale all inclusive. Meals were all good as well as the drinks. The only suggestions I can give are- put thermostatic mixing valves on all showers as the temperature swings wildly from cooled to scalding rapidly and place wrapped soap in the soap dish so guests will not assume that the hand lotion is the only available source for washing hands. The breakfast buffet is large and varied and unlike so many other Greek hotels the food on buffets is served hot. Many made to order stations exist. Numerous pools are available and the al a carte restaurants are great. The drink and wine section is also exceptional with a wide choice and excellent recommendations. A nutritionist (currently working on her Masters) consults with those who have dietary or food allergy considerations. Overall the best hotel we stayed at in our three weeks at the point of writing this review. We stayed two nights but you could likely stay a week and not exhaust the choice in bars, menus or drink options. No problem finding a nice lounger by the pool either.

Een fijn resort met zeer goede service. Hoewel de accommodatie als prettig is ervaren, was vooral de badkamer wat verouderd. De hoogte punten voor ons gezin waren het kinder zwembad, de Kidsclub en het lekkere eten. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Our whirlpool sea view room was beautiful, comfortable, and had stunning views. The hotel was spotless throughout and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The staff were exceptional so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made our stay extra special. The food was delicious with a fantastic selection available at every meal. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended we will definitely be back!

Great food and drinks for an all-inclusive. Pool was properly heated so all could enjoy in April!

Très bon hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins. Les restaurants sont supers et le tout inclus de trés grande qualité.

When it’s cold, they just need to heat up the pool to a good temp for ppl to enjoy, they claimed they heated it, but it was still too cold

Im Hotel war alles top. Der Strand war leider nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

We were there towards the end of September. Still plenty of people and busy enough. Staff are awesome and helpful. Food was plenty and got too much by day 4. Property could do with some renovations and maintenance!
