駅から近く、旧市街へも歩いていける距離。おしゃれで、スタッフもフレンドリー、とても快適でした。コーヒー・紅茶・スープの無料サービスもあり、とてもよかった。また泊まりたいです。

マーストリヒト駅から近く、市内への移動には大変便利なロケーションでした。私が宿泊した部屋にはクローゼットはありませんでした（壁掛けのハンガーでした）が、掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。ただ、朝食ビュッフェ（16.5ユーロ）が内容の割には高価に感じました。約6ユーロでテイクアウトの朝食があったのを後で知りました。

駅前なので立地は素晴らしい。駅へのアクセスは最高。また、常にパンや飲み物、スープのサービスがあるのはうれしかったです。ただし、お部屋は、バスタブはあるのですが、非常に使いづらい。アメニティーは何もなく、冷蔵庫、湯沸かしもないので不便でした。田舎なので仕方がないのかもしれません。wifi環境はよかった！

部屋は広く、清潔でした。駅からとても近くて、わかりやすくよかったです。バスマットが置いてなかった点だけが、気になりました。

価格相当の良いホテルでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで、対応もよく、英語の中途半端な私でも丁寧に教えてくれました。ロビーではソファーが多く、観光の合間にはスープやコーヒー（無料）を楽しみました。コーヒーはマシンでしたが、コーヒー豆を削るところから始まるマシンで珍しかったです。Wi-Fiも問題なく良好でした。

スタッフも親切でとても良かったです。普段はこういうのは書きませんが、良いホテルだったので評価を書き込みました。

駅近ですが静かで部屋も清潔だったので、値ごろ感があります。受付スタッフはとても明るく、朝に廊下で会った清掃の方(？)も挨拶をしてくれるフレンドリーなホテルです。私の泊まった部屋には、ベッドとサイドテーブル、スチール椅子しかなく、ご飯を食べる時に少し不便でした。天窓がついていたので、朝とても気持ち良かったです（もちろん夜はカーテンが閉まります)

感じも良くホテル全体は新しく清潔でしたしデザインホテルという名前だけあって日本国内にはない斬新でアーティスティックなホテルです。 どなたかがイケアに泊まってるようだと書いてましたが納得。。 お部屋のタイプは全部で三種類あったと思いますが今回一番大きなラージルームを予約していました。 開けてビックリ、６畳ほどの部屋でしかもベッドで部屋が一杯！ 何かの手違いかと思いフロントへ問い合わせしましたがこれがラージルームだとのことでした。 部屋に電話もついてないし。。。 モダンで清潔という点では三つ星なのかもしれませんが個人的にホテルの機能としては二つ星でした。 そこまでデザインに凝るならもっと設備を充実させてくれれば、というのが今回の感想です。 マーストリヒト第２位というは疑問です。

Oui, the room was impeccable and the people there are very courteous. And so nice. I especially appreciated the soup and tea and fruit that was offered at the reception when I came in the evening. That was a real plus. Merci!

Saunas were a big plus

We weren’t happy with our room and they kindly and promptly changed us to an apartment at no extra cost, very impressed

Staff was ok, as expected. We did not had breakfast tere so can't comment on that. The problem was that this was advertised as a SPA hotel, but it did not had a SPA!. You expect a relaxing environment, and I paid also extra for the deluxe room with a nice view as described in the website. But it wasn't really a "deluxe room but just a standard room where you could not even control the temperature of the room. I complained but nothing could be done. The room felt cold for the whole duration of our stay. I am very disappointed as it was supposed to be a romantic/relaxed weekend with my wife and at 7am in the morning a huge excavator started digging just under our window on Saturday morning!! It spoilt our intention to have a laydown after a long journey to drive there. Simply unacceptable for an advertised SPA hotel!

Veel geluid van trein en zeer slecht bed. Ontbijt was heel goed en personeel heel vriendelijk.

Während meines 2 nächtigen Aufenthalts habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es jeden Tag eine Suppe mit Brot und Obst für die Gäste gab- und das gratis. Das nenne ich Service! Ich würde wieder kommen.

Really nice and large room, well kept and clean, comfortable - nicely decorated. The open bathroom situation was interesting, and a challenge not to get the floor and curtains wet. Spending time having a standup shower was therefore not possible. And it was a little challenging if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Unlimited coffee in reception, but coffee was fairly bad sadly.
