クラシックで重厚なホテルですが、浮ついてなくゆっくり過ごせます。従業員もとても親切で安らげる。部屋も広く設備は十分である。朝食の種類は豊富で質も十分でおいしく楽しめた。サラゴサの人は親切な人が多くすっかりその親切さに魅了され、ファンになりました。

良いホテルだが、同様な値段をだせば、もっと良いホテルがあるのではと思った。

ピラール教会など旧市街へ徒歩圏内の5星ホテルです。 チェックインの際に色々と食事のアドバイスなど頂きました。

ホテルの近辺にはレストランが多くあり大変便利でした。ホテルに併設しているバールのタパスはおいしかったです。

部屋もきちんと掃除されており、お風呂も日本人でも満足できる浴槽の大きさでした。バスローブも完備されており、５つ星になっているのも最もです。スタッフも英語ができ、丁寧にレストランのお薦めを聞くことが出来ました。

だいたいの観光地には徒歩１０~２０分で行けるので便利でした。

ホテルの従業員が会うたびに挨拶するので、気持ちがよかった

全体に満足できるホテルでした。 ただ、端の部屋だったからか、WiFiのつながりがあまり良くなかったところが残念です。

The hotel is in excellent condition but some modern touches like walk in showers and USB plugs would be an improvement.

Great location, very nice lobby and friendly staff. Hotel room was a bit dated and needs an upgrade, but then it was reflected in the price. All and all not a bad deal.

Whilst the staff are great and the foyer is beautiful, everywhere else, particularly the rooms, are extremely dated and in desperate need of modernisation. The luxurious sun beds in the photos are not the same either - in fact the pool terrace isn’t great either - again, needs updating - just 2 umbrellas. The breakfast was distinctly average and certainly not 5 star - you spend every day looking for staff to request that more butter or bread be put out of for the milk/water in the coffee machine to be filled up. Again - not 5 star!
