部屋にティッシュが置いていなかったため、持参したポケットティッシュを使わざるをえなかった。また、すべての照明をつけても、少し暗く感じた。

レセプションの対応が良かった！ オススメの散歩コースやバルを紹介して貰い効率よくまわれました！ 特にバルがフードコートの様にある場所は、普通に歩いていたら分からない建物の二階で、ここを見逃すのはもったいないです。 そして、朝食も種類が多くて良かった。

徒歩10分でピラール広場に！途中の道にも可愛いお店が沢山あり楽しめます。ホテルの周りはタパス屋街があり夜遅くまで賑わってます。

フロントの対応も良く、初めて訪れたサラゴサの街のことにも答えてくれました。ピラール教会もアルハフェリア宮殿にも徒歩圏で立地も良かったです。 レストランで食事をと思いましたが、ちょうど大勢のパーティーと重なったためこれは評価外とします。

Zaragazaの中心地ながら、非常にリーズナブルかつサービスもとても好感度でした。また必ず利用します。

Excellents surprise que l’hotel Alfonso qui en plus d’être très bien situé propose des prestations haut de gamme à des prix défiant toute concurrence, du moins sur la periode où j’y suis allé. Petit dejeuner impressionnant et piscine sur le roof top très appréciable !

STAY HERE! You will not regret it. I’m visiting from the United States and hopped from Madrid to Pamplona to Zaragoza and Barcelona and this place has by far been the best one yet. Due to pretty much everything. 1st, The Location is next to everything and within walking distance, the neighborhood is very safe. Second, they take pride in their hotel appearance and cleanliness. The staff is very respectful and accommodating. The rooftop view is amazing and it’s really hot right now so the pool was a lifesaver! Now for the very best part, AC it felt soooo good in our room. I could cool Off very fast and slept like a baby because I wasn’t sweating or sticking to the blankets , especially with the heat wave we are all experiencing in the world. It Seriously made it hard to not want to leave the hotel because of how nice it is. So far Zaragoza which was a last minute choice to go see was the best choice because it is a beautiful city and staying at this hotel. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Great location. Dark room for sleeping. TV I could not find an English station nor could I use my Amazon prime, Apple TV, etc. Shower good pressure and temperature. Bed was hard, but I slept well. AC worked good.

Un hotel con detalles que no son propios de un 4 estrellas (puerta del lavabo que no cierra, tope de puerta salido y debajo de un armario, huella de zapato en la ropa de cama, bidet con tapon atascado, cabezal de cama dañado, interruptores dañados y malfuncionando, cadenas del televisor que no se ven, colchón de la cama duro y deformado, y falta se almohadas… además, seriedad y parquedad absoluta de los empleados, rozando, a nuestro entender, la antipatía. Eso sí, silencio y confort térmico en las habitaciones, decoraciòn cuidada y localizaciòn espectacular. No creo que volvamos.

The staff helped us get a great room for our handicapped grandson. Both his room and ours were beautiful and located right next to each other. Beautiful property!!

Wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff. The design esthetic of the property is interesting and eclectic. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value, and you can request items not on the table such as eggs to your order preference.

Piscine fermée, parking fermé… aucun service en chambre comme une bouteille d’eau ou des mouchoirs…un 4 etoiles ? Absolument pas dans les services.
