I stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to Nice Ville station. There are several supermarkets nearby, including Carrefour, which made it easy to pick up daily necessities. During my stay, the weather in Nice was quite hot, but the room was fully air-conditioned, so it was always comfortable. The shower room was a bit small, but everything worked well, including the drainage. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cutlery, which was very handy. Breakfast was plentiful and included French bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruit, coffee, and tea. One of the nice features is that you can choose to have breakfast in your room, which is great if you prefer a relaxed start to the day. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and good value for my stay in Nice.

とても素敵な建物で、オーナーのジルさんがとても親切で、きちんとしています。お部屋の設備もとても良く、使いやすいです。海水浴場、駅、街のセンターにも全て徒歩で行けます。 また、次回ニーズに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

フロントの方が親切で、観光スポットを教えてくれたり、行き方も丁寧に教えて下さいました。お部屋も素敵なお部屋で清潔でした。 ビーチまで１本道でいけ、毎日海へ行くのに良かったです。

駅からは徒歩で１５分弱でした。 ニースの街はこじんまりとしているので、海岸に出るにも、街を見てまわるのも徒歩で十分でした。 部屋の間取りが狭いので、お一人での利用は問題ないと思いますが、二人の利用だと窮屈かも知れません。 冷蔵庫はありますが、コンロなどの熱源はありません。 トイレ、シャワーからの排水管に詰まり止め？の機械が取り付けられていて、水が流れると、かなりうるさい音がします。 朝食は内容的にはコンチネンタル程度ですが、自由に食べられます。コーヒーもネスプレッソを導入していて美味しかったです。最終日が食堂が開く前の早朝の出発だったのですが、スタッフが前夜に用意して部屋に届けてくれました。 インターネットの利用は問題なかったです。

滞在前にメールをいただいたのは初めてで、きちんとした丁寧な対応をされていました。ちょっと場所が分かりにくいかもしれませんが、プロムナードザングレも近く徒歩圏内です。おすすめです。

ホテルと言うより、部屋をかす、と言った感じでした。しかし、顧客の対応が非常に良かった。

Tilava huone ja kylpyhuone. Suihku niin pieni että tuskin pääsi kääntymään.Huone muuten siisti mutta lattia tuntui likaiselta, likaa tarttui sukanpohjiin. Wifi toimi hyvin. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamiaishuone ja yleiset tilat ahtaat ja kuumat. Aamiainen hyvää perustasoa. Sijainti loistava, kävelymatka rantaan ja ratikkapysäkki vieressä. Ratikalla pääsee sekä lentokentälle että vanhaan kaupunkiin. Omistaja avulias.

Very old property with just 7 rooms , great location for water front and train station. The owner runs the reception and is super helpful . Great for short stay , I would say for 5 days or less very adequate and budget friendly compared to the mega expensive hotels on the waterfront.

Large room with horrible street noise. Small, but very clean bathroom . Microwave and refrigerator. Working owner delightful.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights before we picked up a cruise in Monaco. We were very pleased with our stay. The air-conditioning worked beautifully. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was larger than most European hotel rooms. Very centrally located as well. Beautiful area would stay there again.

Very clean very friendly host basic breakfast good location

A bit of a surprise here. Not your usual Hotel but a bit like a large apartment partitioned off into 'hotel' rooms. We were very grateful for the air conditioning which worked well, but the room is very tired and old fashioned. The bed was comfortable but one of the pillows was stained with what looked like dried blood. The bathroom is very small and some larger framed clientele would be unable to access the small shower cubicle. Was it worth it, the air conditioning was, but we won't be back.

My teenage daughter and I loved our short trip to Nice. Everyone there was so friendly. The guesthouse is located on the ground floor of a beautiful building only a few minutes walk from the promenade, beach, supermarket and tram stop (going to airport and into town). Train station is a 10 min walk away and we spend a sunny day at Antibes, a little gem of a town with sandy beach. We slept fantastic, traffic was hardly noticeable. Rooms are compact, have air con, and kitchen area including microwave and fridge. Ask the owner for any recommendations or excursions. Thank you, Gilles, for all your help, we had such a lovely time. Oh, and try the Sarti Spritz - our new favourite summer drink!
