I stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to Nice Ville station. There are several supermarkets nearby, including Carrefour, which made it easy to pick up daily necessities. During my stay, the weather in Nice was quite hot, but the room was fully air-conditioned, so it was always comfortable. The shower room was a bit small, but everything worked well, including the drainage. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cutlery, which was very handy. Breakfast was plentiful and included French bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruit, coffee, and tea. One of the nice features is that you can choose to have breakfast in your room, which is great if you prefer a relaxed start to the day. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and good value for my stay in Nice.

とても素敵な建物で、オーナーのジルさんがとても親切で、きちんとしています。お部屋の設備もとても良く、使いやすいです。海水浴場、駅、街のセンターにも全て徒歩で行けます。 また、次回ニーズに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

フロントの方が親切で、観光スポットを教えてくれたり、行き方も丁寧に教えて下さいました。お部屋も素敵なお部屋で清潔でした。 ビーチまで１本道でいけ、毎日海へ行くのに良かったです。

駅からは徒歩で１５分弱でした。 ニースの街はこじんまりとしているので、海岸に出るにも、街を見てまわるのも徒歩で十分でした。 部屋の間取りが狭いので、お一人での利用は問題ないと思いますが、二人の利用だと窮屈かも知れません。 冷蔵庫はありますが、コンロなどの熱源はありません。 トイレ、シャワーからの排水管に詰まり止め？の機械が取り付けられていて、水が流れると、かなりうるさい音がします。 朝食は内容的にはコンチネンタル程度ですが、自由に食べられます。コーヒーもネスプレッソを導入していて美味しかったです。最終日が食堂が開く前の早朝の出発だったのですが、スタッフが前夜に用意して部屋に届けてくれました。 インターネットの利用は問題なかったです。

滞在前にメールをいただいたのは初めてで、きちんとした丁寧な対応をされていました。ちょっと場所が分かりにくいかもしれませんが、プロムナードザングレも近く徒歩圏内です。おすすめです。

ホテルと言うより、部屋をかす、と言った感じでした。しかし、顧客の対応が非常に良かった。

Gilles and Marius were wonderful hosts. The hotel was amazing and the area is steps from the promenade, restaurants and transportation

Gilles was an excellent host. Very helpful and a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located for those taking the train, and when we left for the airport the tram is across the street. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a short four block walk to the Promenade.

Gill, the proprietor is a gem! So helpful during the months prior to my visit and once I got here. My luggage was lost and he accommodated me so I could be comfortable and get on with my visit to Nice. I absolutely loved my little room overlooking the beautiful tree lined boulevard. Breakfast was delicious. Great vibes at this place!

We loved our stay in Nice and should haves stayed longer! Giles and his pup Maurice were great hosts and really made us feel welcomed. Small but complete breakfast matched the room but in the best part of the city so worth it! So close to tramways and train station, ((when not on strike) but we walked everywhere which was so easy! Hope to come back again!!!

Autentisk frank palævilla. Studiolejlighed med udsigt til gademiljø, som man næsten er en del af. Hjemligt. Værten gjorde rigtig meget for at gæsten skulle føle sig velkommen. Besværlig indgang til hotel.

A very small hôtel. This is not your typical hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable and although the facility is small the rooms had a bedroom space and a kitchen dinning area. Gilles was very friendly and extremely helpful with any request and suggestions. For a budget friendly place in a very touristy town it’s difficult to find a better location, close to the English promenade, old Nice, train and tram station. I would return again

The location is not bad, but this is not a typical hotel. I would characterize it like renting a room in an apartment complex. The manager is hovering and checking on breakfast like if you eat more bananas

This hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais. It is also right across the street from a convenient tram line that goes directly to the city centre. The owner Gilles is friendly and gives helpful advice. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Accueil chaleureux de Gilles et son chien Marius ! Ambiance très sympathique. Petit déjeuner où rien ne manque. Point positif supplémentaire si besoin la chambre était équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes ainsi que de la vaisselle. L'hôtel est très bien situé et son accès sécurisé. Merci à Gilles pour sa compagnie sympathique lors des petits déjeuners.

Few blocks to the promenade with an awesome view of Nice French Riviera. Fare roomrate though property has only few rooms. Gentleman at desk was helpful.

Great value for money and close to lots of bars restaurants and the promenade. Giles the owner is a lovely friendly chap and knowledgeable and helpful. He has a gorgeous dog called Maurits who is adorable

Absolutely loved the location, literally a five minute walk to the most beautiful swimming beach! We deeply appreciated the warm welcome from the host and his friendly wee dog! We felt right at home and very comfortable for our entire stay! The host even marked out all the sights on a map for us to explore. Our breakfast was delicious and we had so much selection to choose from. We would definitely stay here again !
