I stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient: about a 10-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to Nice Ville station. There are several supermarkets nearby, including Carrefour, which made it easy to pick up daily necessities. During my stay, the weather in Nice was quite hot, but the room was fully air-conditioned, so it was always comfortable. The shower room was a bit small, but everything worked well, including the drainage. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cutlery, which was very handy. Breakfast was plentiful and included French bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, milk, fruit, coffee, and tea. One of the nice features is that you can choose to have breakfast in your room, which is great if you prefer a relaxed start to the day. Overall, this hotel offered comfort, convenience, and good value for my stay in Nice.

とても素敵な建物で、オーナーのジルさんがとても親切で、きちんとしています。お部屋の設備もとても良く、使いやすいです。海水浴場、駅、街のセンターにも全て徒歩で行けます。 また、次回ニーズに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

フロントの方が親切で、観光スポットを教えてくれたり、行き方も丁寧に教えて下さいました。お部屋も素敵なお部屋で清潔でした。 ビーチまで１本道でいけ、毎日海へ行くのに良かったです。

駅からは徒歩で１５分弱でした。 ニースの街はこじんまりとしているので、海岸に出るにも、街を見てまわるのも徒歩で十分でした。 部屋の間取りが狭いので、お一人での利用は問題ないと思いますが、二人の利用だと窮屈かも知れません。 冷蔵庫はありますが、コンロなどの熱源はありません。 トイレ、シャワーからの排水管に詰まり止め？の機械が取り付けられていて、水が流れると、かなりうるさい音がします。 朝食は内容的にはコンチネンタル程度ですが、自由に食べられます。コーヒーもネスプレッソを導入していて美味しかったです。最終日が食堂が開く前の早朝の出発だったのですが、スタッフが前夜に用意して部屋に届けてくれました。 インターネットの利用は問題なかったです。

滞在前にメールをいただいたのは初めてで、きちんとした丁寧な対応をされていました。ちょっと場所が分かりにくいかもしれませんが、プロムナードザングレも近く徒歩圏内です。おすすめです。

ホテルと言うより、部屋をかす、と言った感じでした。しかし、顧客の対応が非常に良かった。

The owner was very helpful as I was delayed arriving and I also needed an extra night and he found a way to make it work. It’s an intimate hotel in a nice area not too far from the train station and an easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais.

We, Canadian retirees, stayed 4 nights there in a small cabin room but cozy&comfy with a petite kichennette. The hotel is small but we felt at home. It has great location accessible to literally everywhere in nice downtown on foot and near villages by tram/bus. Breakfast was delicious. The dining room was cozy/comfy with chances of encountering other visitors & freindly chats boosting our mornings! The best thing was Gille, the owner's great welcome with his very informative tour guidance. It made our touring easy. I definitely will not forget Gille's warm smile with Marius, his cute dog whenever remembering Nice. Thanks, Gille, for everything you offered during our stay!

I was quite late for my checkin after a delay in my flight. The owner went out of his way to make sure I got my room. His willingness to help was very much appreciated. It’s an intimate hotel so that makes it easy to meet and chat with other guests.

Location of the hotel was great. Room was small and the bathroom was very small. Shower was a phone booth. Property was old but quaint. Proprietor was helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel close to the beach and the city centre with shops and restaurants. Clean and comfy room with a comfortable bed and a nice good working shower. Good and tasty breakfast, but the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful manager Gilles and his sweet dog Marius.

Gilles og Marius var helt igennem fantastiske, gode værter og fremragende selskab. Placeringen er sublim.

Excellent accueil. J’ai apprécié le surclassement et les petits plus mis à disposition de la clientèle («machine à glaçons, réfrigérateur top, bouilloire, …. Et la collection matinale offerte très complète. Je vous recommande particulièrement l’Hotel Victor Hugo mais attention il est au numéro 59 et non 58 comme indiqué sur le rappel de reservation
