Fint og rent rom og ekstra hyggelige ansatte. Vi fikk først et studio mot gaten, og den er det mye støy fra, men det gikk fint å få byttet til større leilighet mot basseng mot et tillegg. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte og meget god frokost. 5-10 minutter å gå til Las Vistas stranden.

We couldn’t really fault our stay in these apartments. From the glass of bubbly and the welcome chocolates in the room on arrival to checkout everything was fabulous. The staff are friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast which was hot buffet style with pasties, coffee, fruit, yogurt etc. The cleaners seemed to do a very good job giving the sun loungers a thorough clean every morning. We looked forward to seeing the swans made from towels in our room. The area was perfect with just a short walk down to the beach either by steep steps or ramp. Great holiday - would definitely stay at these apartments again.

From check in to check out the staff couldn’t do enough to help. The area is perfect for walking along the promenade to Adeje or Los Cristianos. There are lots of good local and international bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Will be returning to the Marola Park.

Maten var väldigt god ( vi hade frukost och kvälls mat ) med stor variation. Läget var perfekt 5 min stranden, mittemellan Las Américas och Lis christianos, och bussation precis utanför entrén.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Every member of staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The area has plenty of shops, restaurants, and is close to the beach. No problems with noise. We really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets. The selection was great and varied each day. The food was delicious. All in all a wonderful stay. More than I was expecting. I would definitely stay again in the future. !Muchas gracias!

Needed a short break away with my daughter, who ironically had her 22nd birthday during our stay. When we returned after a day out, a bottle of Prossecco and personalised trinquet box of sweets awaited, a gift from the hotel. We had not mentioned atall of her birthday, only give away were birthday cards which were in our room. This was a lovely gesture! All staff were very polite always. We had no issues with getting sunbeds by the pool. The purchased wifi (for use in our room) was hit and miss, having to relog-in each time, we were on holiday and had plenty of time to do this!! The hotel was spotless. We stayed for 4 nights, clean towels provided for 3 days, and clean bedding after our 2nd night. Hotel seemed very quite despite being full. We stayed half board basis. Both breakfast and evening meals were good with ample choice, glass of wine and large glass of coke only €2.5 euros. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely area and the staff were very friendly. Lots of good shops , great views and weather was perfect.

Another excellent stay at Marola Park. They are constantly upgrading the property and the latest changes enhance your experience. This was the first time we had breakfast included. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. The hot items were topped up at regular intervals.

Posizione molto buona in 5 minuti siete in spiaggia (eventualmente c'è la piscina dell'hotel) vicino a supermarket, ristoranti, bar etc. Ottima la pulizia e camera grande con angolo cucina.

Great stay at Marola for the 2nd year running..Great to meet up with with other families we met last year. Sunbed rush at 9am still the same...shame that others put there towels down early but did not come and use there beds till late afternoon

Checked in told not to reserve sun beds first morning there were 53 sun beds in total all with towels on them and 5 people. Every morning was the same. Pool opened at 9am people standing with bundles of towels from 8.30 waiting to take all the beds. Very sad

Hotel w porządku. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia - gotowaliśmy zupy, smażyliśmy ryby... rewelacja. Niestety problem z obsługą: mimo wywieszonej kartki z prośbą o posprzątanie, po powrocie pokój niesprzątnięty, a kartka przewieszona: nie przeszkadzać. Brak mydła - kupiliśmy, został kawałek, który obsługa wyrzuciła. Po sprzątaniu otrzymaliśmy tylko dwa małe ręczniki, o dużych zapomniano? Obsługa (recepcja) nie wie, że kursuje nocny autobus na lotnisko (przystanek przy samym hotelu, warto byłoby zapoznać się z rozkładem). Ogólnie polecam mimo wszystko, będąc kolejnym razem na pewno skorzystam z pobytu w Melora Park (chociażby, ze względu na wyposażenie kuchni) :)
