シーズン的には良くなかったが、担当のホスピタリティが最高でとても満足できた。

スタッフがとても親切で良かった。フロント併設のプールはリゾート感たっぷりで素敵。ホテル近所にレストランもあり便利。イアに3泊、フィラに1泊したがタクシーがホテルに連絡してスタッフが迎えにきてくれ荷物を運んでくれた。パンパースを買いたい旨伝えると親身になって答えてくれた。もし買えなかったら家から持ってくるよ！と心強かった。フロントとお部屋が外階段で100段弱あるのでちょっとしんどい。雨だったので滑りそうになった。お部屋は蟻がたくさんいてビックリしたが1泊だったので許容範囲。

Loved our stay at nefeles. Everything was superb. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Veiws from the room were stunning. Fantastic breakfast brought to you at a time you decide. Decor very aesthetic.

Great staff

Apart from the terrific view of volcano and caldera, spa and pool attached to my room. We like the friendly staff and management who spend time to make our stay comfortable. They helped to organize local tour and airport pickup. Yes, let us forget the spread breakfast which they send to our room.

The staff was incredibly pleasant, and their hospitality was the highlight of the stay. However, the hot water was inconsistent, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the safety of the upstairs bedroom was concerning; there was a wide opening without guardrails near the stairwell, posing a serious risk of falling. Walking around in the room didn't feel safe due to these design issues

Room was cozy and had an amazing view, better than even expected from the pictures. Service was amazing and they were very helpful getting in and out, and booking any transit. Great part of the city.

I loved that it was clean and had beautiful views. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The hotel room was very nice. I did not like so much that right outside of the hotel there was an area for trash and it was all over the place.
