雰囲気、サービス共に最高でした。スタッフも丁寧に対応いただき、気持ちの良い滞在が出来ました。部屋の鍵がカードではなく、古いタイプの回す鍵だったので少々不便でした。

清潔な部屋と、気持ちの良いスタッフのホテルでした。 ロケーションも街の中心部から徒歩圏内にあり便利でした。家族四人で泊まりましたが、十分な広さがありました。 ただイースター料金なのか、基本料金が一泊75000円しましたので、当然かもしれません。 もう一度泊まりたいホテルです。

チェックイン時の応対も素早くなおかつフレンドリーで、 ゲストに対して一貫した誠実さを感じます。 部屋への案内の時の対応さらには ロビーでのおもてなしなど、イギリス流のホスピタリティに感服しました。

ドアを開けるとベッドルームが有り、小さな階段を下りると収納とバスルームがある、気分を変える工夫となっている。フロントサービスも良かったし、センスも良く、ロビールームには自由に美味しいコーヒーや紅茶が飲めるようになっている。新聞サービスや施設利用に対するサービス料が課金されたが、交渉すると気持ちよく、必要ない、と言ってくれた。アセンブリールームズでの会議の場合は1分で到着できるので是非お薦め。町は小さいので観光や食事に行くのも気にならない距離である。評判の良いレストランも近くにある。町は安全で楽しい。

車で到着が夜にずれ込みましたが、快く迎え入れてくれました。駐車場はなくホテルのスタッフが車を数分離れた駐車スペースに移動してくれました（有料）。建物は古く歴史を感じましたが、全体的に清潔な印象、ベッドもお風呂も快適でした。ローマンバースも徒歩圏内、非常に便利でした。

Gorgeous hotel, a little bit quirky which we loved. The staff were all delightful. The bed was super comfy The breakfast was excellent. It’s in a lovely part of Bath too.

Nice place good staff, would recommend

Beautiful hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well maintained - we stayed in room 14. 5-10 minute walk into town and approx. 15 minute walk to the station. Would highly recommend trying this boutique hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

Fabulous welcoming staff at the welcome and throughout our stay. Couldn't have been better. Beautiful room great size, well laid out. Everything spotlessly clean. Large bathroom, nice robes, and soft towels. We didn't try the bar, but there was a lovely outside area and it looked wonderful. Easy walking distance to centre of Bath - past the soon to reopen assembly rooms :) On the downside the breakfast was professional - but joyless. And we did miss air conditioning in the rooms (but they did provide a fan).

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay in Bath, look no further than The Queensberry Hotel. We were completely enchanted from start to finish. The location is ideal — steps away from The Circus, the famous shopping street, and the Jane Austen Centre, so you're perfectly placed to explore everything this beautiful city has to offer. But honestly, the hotel itself is so lovely you'll want to spend time just being there. Our room had a gorgeous view, and the bathroom was elegant and beautifully decorated — we took a long, relaxing bath every single night. The thoughtful touches are what truly set this place apart: round-the-clock tea service right outside the door, sweet notes left in the room, and then there was the shoe shine service. You leave your shoes outside before bed and wake up to find them magically cleaned with a charming little note. It felt like elves had been at work overnight — such a delightful surprise! It really gave the whole stay a wonderfully regal, old-world feel, like being a guest in a grand historic townhouse. The restaurant was absolutely five stars — fabulous in every way. We can't recommend The Queensberry highly enough. It's simply the perfect Bath experience.

Excellent stay

What a lovely place to stay. Service was exceptional. Location was excellent. Room was delightful.

The staff was so attentive. I wanted to nothing during my stay. The property is exquisitely designed and every corner was decorated thoughtfully. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
