Clean room. Nice resort. Not fully open during slow season.

Absolutely an amazing experience. My husband and I stumbled upon this resort as I had a deal with Expedia. We had no idea that this location was not a hotel or a resort in my opinion- but truly a gift and an experience of a lifetime. We were only to stay one night because of flight delays due to weather we were “stuck” for four extra days- the entire staff made us feel right at home! We will definitely be back!

The perfect seaside escape from Athens for a long weekend

Perfect food, ambience, beachside! Great architecture lost in greenest flora everywhere!! Extraordinary service!

Fantastisk hotel med den smukkeste beliggenhed. Hotellet er ret langt fra Athen så man benytter de nærliggende ‘forstæder’ (Glyfada, Voula etc.) mere til shopping, spise ude osv. Lagonissi hotel har dog også fantastiske restauranter men de er forholdsvis dyre. Lagonissi hotel har den skønneste lille strand i en lille bugt med det smukkeste og forholdsvis stille vand så perfekt til svømning. På bungalowsiden er der ligeledes perfekt strand og mere åbent vand. Værelserne er lidt af ældre dato men meget velholdte og i kvalitets materialer. Hørte at de er påbegyndt opdatering af værelser. Ideelt til afslappende dage nær Athen. Vi plejer at have et par dage på hotel i Athen og et par dage i Lagonissi på dette vidunderlige hotel.

Very tranquil, the property was stunning and very peaceful. It gave us exactly what we were looking for relaxing while appreciating the beauty around us.

If you are looking for a weekend retreat in the vicinity of Athens this is a great option . Spotless service and amazing food offering with live entertainment on all venues .

Absolutely spectacular views and grounds, such friendly staff!

The most beautiful resort I have visited in my life and I am a 6-Star Girl! The grounds were immaculate, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and the food was "Foodie Grade" (I am an extreme foodie from Atlanta). We will definitely be back. The stand out staff I want to mention are Elvita, who works in the beach front restaurant, and Billy, the awesome pool lifeguard and exceptional fun provider over that part of the resort. Thanks for a beautiful stay!

Quiet, scenic and nice dining. And amenities of the room was amazing. NB some part of outside need some TLC. The service was beyond. (Arranged for a privat haircut in the room and same day dry cleaning was done in few hours.) only negative some parts out side needed some TLC but did affect the quality of the room and stay.

Quiet beautiful view of water, sunsets from room. Very nice accommodations, lovely resort. Great breakfast, but omelette bar would have been nice. Captain’s Chair restaurant other than beautiful setting was subpar and expensive. The resort is far from noise of Athens which is a plus , but you will be spending money to get to Athens for sights unless you have a car.

This property was beyond my expectations. Every single person I spoke with was so incredibly nice and very welcoming. I highly recommend this resort to everyone! I loved it, didn’t want to leave!

We had a nice stay here for two days. Only had a small issue with the Steam Bath in the room. But other than that the facilites where amazing.

A mixed review. The good: the wonderful upgrade to a renovated bungalow. The staff and service impeccable. Food fabulous. The bad: added days to my res and understandably got downgraded to an un- renovated room which was in disrepair and not worth half of what I paid. Electricity didn’t work and was never fixed. Offered to move my room but had already done that and just wanted things to work. And the room to be in decent shape. The manager was kind and diplomatic but he could t explain away the state of the room. Only book the renovated part of the hotel.

I had a very large and beautiful room. I loved the silence. However, the lightning system of the room was too complicated and we could not turn of the lights completely at night. You also need a tap to wash your feet at the garden or terrace before you enter the room on your way back from the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Grand Lagonissi. The setting is magical, the food delicious, and the staff meets every request with care and a smile! Perfect place to start our honeymoon!!

Beautiful rambling resort. Bring your goggles and see countless fish in the clear waters. Excellent service. Beloved by our Greek friends for decades.
