街の中心まで少し距離はありますが、大通り沿って歩いていくと周りにたくさんお店もあり、自然と中心に到着するので便利でした。また、教えていただいた近くのパブの食事も美味しかったです。部屋は清潔で広く、快適でした。

Clean room that was cleaned and re stocked with coffees and biscuits over our stay. Great size of the room, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Very quiet, working tv with good connection. Nice and quick walk to Edinburgh old town and other places. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

O casarão histórico é lindo. Ótimo quarto e atendimento super solícito. Tem um ponto de ônibus em frente, então você está a 10 minutos das principais atrações.

Oda atmosferi Edinburgh'u tam anlamıyla yansıtıyordu. Banyo temizliği oldukça iyiydi ayrıca günlük oda temizliği sağlanıyordu. Check-in ve check-out süreci çok kolaydı ve otelin konumu oldukça iyiydi.

Our host was nice and recommended a good pub (The Old Bell) down the road to eat. The room itself was older but clean, enough space, and a good bathroom. The beds are not the most comfortable but they worked fine for the two nights we stayed there. There is a bus stop just down the road for easy transit. It is also only a 20 minute walk into the heart of Edinburgh. A lovely accommodation for the price and location.

Clean, everything was great

Bed/pillow was one of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Noticed the room I got is conveniently not in the photos. Not owners fault but other guests were extremely loud at 2am slamming doors and walking through hall and down stairs. Could hear people above us zip a bag shut. Owner was very friendly and helped with luggage, unfortunately room was just terrible.

Good basic room during the very busy Edinburgh Military Tattoo and Fringe Festival. Near bus stops out from central core which made it less expensive and more available. Staff gave us basic information, but would have been helpful to receive more tips about things we should know on how to navigate the city and getting back to the room. No food options in the immediate area.

I so wish I had better things to report as I am pretty easygoing in terms of travel. Main issues: 1. Room was not as advertised on the site- one bed not two. Host was not open to feedback to change the photo on the site- this is room 5. 2. Stain on the duvet. When reported the host appeared to doubt our observation until we literally showed him. 3. No breakfast- update site to reflect this although there were lots of biscuits treats and tea and coffee 4. Hot water was intermittent especially in the morning and the bathroom was very small. Good things- room was large and house is lovely. Short walk to Royal Mile and a lovely breakfast spot around the corner. Close to transportation and quiet. Just think the site should be updated and host could have been more welcoming.

The venue was conveniently located for access to the city. However the room, though immaculately presented, was way too small. The bathroom required gymnastic feats to use the washbasin, The bed was comfortable.

Room was quite large and with huge ceilings, the location was convenient for walking/buses/restaurants, quick early check in, water and biscuits refilled daily
