I cant accapted the way one of your receiptionist (Mr. Aou) tread us during our check-out. Me and my family stayed at your hotel from 13-16 july 2015 (510 and 512). Lovely room, lovely staff and we enjoy out family vacation. Everything seem perfect until 16 july 2015 5:45 (during our check-out) I bring my suitcase down to floor 1 (lobby). I saw Our car already parked outside hotel..suddenly Mr. Aou (or someone incharge receiptionist at that time) yell at me impolite and rude "KEY!With his unfriendly face. I stood because I don't bring our key room. At first I just planned to check if our car already come..our key is still at my wife and she still on her way down to lobby. After my wife came down I ask her to give the room key to him. Then we sit at lobby, wait for my parent came down..my parent show up and I asked them to return their key room. In hurry caused we late for our flight, once again Mr Aou yell impolite, rude with his unfriendly face "WAIT! for 5 minutes" Okay...I walked to him dan wait. He seem busy with his own bussines...Then I asked him to hurry with the way he tread me at first. Quick please! We late!. He tell me that its our fault cause we late to come down..I said I don't like the way he talk to me..yelling, impolite and rude. (He check computer monitor, check list, make a call..finaly he said ok you cant leave...after I left the receiptionist table he yell again with thai language that I don't understand. I never make problem during out stay, act polite, pay all our bill..please do more concern about recruiting your employe..especialy receiptionist ( only mr. Aou..others ok, polite and professional) because they are face of your hotel. Me also run service bussiness in my country. So I know what service is and how to treat customer.
