I stayed for 6 days 5 nights in Parklane Hotel. They have a good breakfast. And they always clean the room everyday. But my problem is the water and the aircon sometimes its not working. The aircon suddenly turned off and the hot shower sometimes its not hot.

Decent but old hotel. Aircon needs upgrade. Room not cool.

tôi đặt phòng Triple (3 người) nhưng trong phòng chỉ có 1 đôi dép, không có máy sấy tóc, điện thoại và cả thảm chùi chân trước cửa phòng tắm. Phòng tắm cũng không được sạch sẽ lắm. tuy nhiên nhân viên nhiệt tình, giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh. buffet buổi sáng không đa dạng món, nhưng chất lượng cũng tạm được.

I encountered some issue on the first day of my stay. The management told me that I had book 3 rooms instead of 1. However, issue resolved perfectly and I enjoy my stay here. The room is very big for two. It's very clean. Me and my mum enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel.

Pro: Room is big, near supermarket, 10-15 minutes walking to Pub Street. Simple BF, but good enough. Staff is helpful. Con: mosquitoes in the room, air-con not work well, a bit hot.

Good location, near angkor night market, many restaurant and minimart around the hotel reasonable for price.

Good location since it is nearby to Lucky Mall and other amenities. Hotel is old but still well kept, although signs of age are showing. Staff are friendly. Still value for money for a family room (2 connecting rooms which can accommodate 6 people).

My room was too big for me. It's clean and nice. What I didn't like was that the lift was not operating. I have to carry my bags from lobby to my room.
