アクセスがよくとても快適なお部屋でした。

水の流れが悪かった。

友人３人で２泊宿泊しました。ファミリースイートを予約しました。１人一台のベッドのあるホテルを検索し、ここが「キングサイズベッド１とシングルベッド２」とあるので選んだにも関わらず、用意されていたのはキング１とソファベッド（ダブルサイズでしたが）でした。レセプションにその旨伝えましたが、今はもうベッド３台の部屋はないとのこと。日本人には親しい同性の友人同士でもあまり一つのベッドで寝る習慣はないと思いますし、ゆっくりリラックスして休むためにわざわざ探したので残念でした。 その他は、スタッフの対応も設備も清潔さも申し分ないです。 このサイトへの情報提供が事実と違うことだけ、訂正するべきだと思います。

立地も内装もサービスもとても素晴らしかったです。 サンミゲルにステイした際は、またこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです。

大聖堂から徒歩10分以内で中心部に近く立地条件は良好です。フロントの方の対応も良く、部屋に入る前に到着した際、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快く対応頂きました。車についてもバレットパーキングで停められました。唯一の難点は、固定式のシャワーのため、私たちのように乳児を連れて行く場合にはシャワーを浴びさせるのに苦戦するでしょう。冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあり、便利でした。

観光には便利な市内中心部にあります。 部屋も清潔でオオスメです。

Beautiful place, the room was clean, loved the amenities, location is great. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in SMA.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Casa Mia for our friend's wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how much we loved the hotel... the beautiful courtyard, the amazing views on the terrace, the cozy and vibrant rooms, and the wonderful people who run it... Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back and stay next time we are in San Miguel de Allende!!

Loved everything in this place. Staff was super nice gave me several recommendations of places to visit and eat. Walking distance to everything!

Property was nice and clean, close to everything. The staff was attentive to our concerns/ questions that we had. They made suggestions and provided feedback when asking about tours and other activities.

Love this place, especially the terrace suite. A beautiful view, great place to dine. This is a beautiful, quaint and clean hotel. I highly recommend. The only issue is that the cable television doesn’t work well and the jacuzzi was not functioning despite requests that it be repaired. . Otherwise, I would return

Loved it! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Casa Mia for 3 nights in June. Sadly, we couldn’t wait to check out as the sewer gas smell was terrible. The front desk said it was “fixed” but it wasn’t. We stayed because of good reviews but we’re not seeing why.

This property is beautiful with each hotel room a little Casita that has a kitchen complete with all the pans and silverware and dishes that you need. The rooms are lovely the service is great
