スタッフは親切で、屋上の景色が最高でした! 部屋の中は、清潔だし、何でも揃っていて便利です。 駐車場はちょっと微妙でしたが、全体的にはまた行きたいホテルだと思いました!

水の流れが悪かった。

友人３人で２泊宿泊しました。ファミリースイートを予約しました。１人一台のベッドのあるホテルを検索し、ここが「キングサイズベッド１とシングルベッド２」とあるので選んだにも関わらず、用意されていたのはキング１とソファベッド（ダブルサイズでしたが）でした。レセプションにその旨伝えましたが、今はもうベッド３台の部屋はないとのこと。日本人には親しい同性の友人同士でもあまり一つのベッドで寝る習慣はないと思いますし、ゆっくりリラックスして休むためにわざわざ探したので残念でした。 その他は、スタッフの対応も設備も清潔さも申し分ないです。 このサイトへの情報提供が事実と違うことだけ、訂正するべきだと思います。

立地も内装もサービスもとても素晴らしかったです。 サンミゲルにステイした際は、またこちらのホテルに宿泊したいです。

大聖堂から徒歩10分以内で中心部に近く立地条件は良好です。フロントの方の対応も良く、部屋に入る前に到着した際、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりも快く対応頂きました。車についてもバレットパーキングで停められました。唯一の難点は、固定式のシャワーのため、私たちのように乳児を連れて行く場合にはシャワーを浴びさせるのに苦戦するでしょう。冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあり、便利でした。

Un excelente servicio, no batallamos con el estacionamiento ya que el personal estuvo atento en todo momento, esos si, como indica la página, debe uno avisar con 20 min de anticipación para cuando uno llegue ya estén listos, el hotel está a tres cuadras de la catedral, todo super bien, con muchísimo gusto me voy a volver alojar ahí, gracias por todo 👏👏👍👍

We’ve stayed here multiple times, always a nice place. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is very close to everything. The rooftop is also very nice!

The staff were polite and professional. The patios and terraces were beautiful with plants and fountains. Our suite was huge: living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two floors, private rooftop terrace with incredible view of the city, all decorated in rustic Mexican style.

Todo fue más que maravilloso, súper limpio, buen internet, siempre agua caliente, aire acondicionado el microondas y el refri ayudan cañón y lo mejor la privacidad…..es un lugar super bello

Property is absolutely beautiful and mostly very well maintained. We did have 2 issues 1) the a/c unit had an issue that was extremely annoying, it would make a loud, awful buzzing sound every 2 minutes or so. Extremely hard to sleep. We would have opened the windows, as it was relatively cool out, but the room was right on the street and noisy, plus the street was extremely well lit, so not a better option. Terrible trying to sleep in that room. 2) the roof top terrace was beautiful, but the string lights didn't work, so too dark. Plus the furniture, which was very nice, was somewhat messy due to recent storm. Understandable, but staff had plenty of time to put it back in properly. In the end, I would stay there again but only if I could test the a/c.

Very well located for walking to town square, boutiques & restaurants. Enjoyed the rooftop patio! AC is only in the bedroom. We were on the main floor in May & only turned on AC if we were home during the heat of the day. Beds & pillows r comfy. The duvet is heavy…Usually took it off. Well equipped kitchen & lovely courtyard to enjoy the White tailed Doves! They r managing some dampness issues under the kitchen sink but did not affect our stay. I would book this for Casa Mis for my next visit.
