総合評価とレビュー Kerikeri Court Motel

We stayed the motel just a night, but we fell in love with it! Comfortable and clean room, and very friendly staff. The receptionist lady organized and booked an activity for us, we really appreciate your kindness :) Would love to stay there sometimes in the future!

Free Wifiということで選んだモーテルだったのですが初日は電話会社のトラブルで使用出来ず（これは仕方ない）翌日は普通に使用できたので普通通り使用し写真のアップロードや仕事、プライベートのダウンロードをすることが出来ました。 3日目からはネットワークのパスワードを変更されたみたいで一切、ネットワークにもネットに繋ぐことが出来ずレセプションに理由を確認してもインターネットがダウンしているの1点張りでネットワーク接続の話をしているのにネット接続を理由に最終日までWifiの利用が出来ませんでした。 私は職業柄、その辺りの知識を持ち合わせていたので色々とトラブルシューティングしてみましたが故意にパスワードを変更し接続を拒んでいるとしか考えられませんでした。 試しに近所で提供されていたFreeWifiを使用してモーテルにe-mailで問い合わせを送ったところちゃんと返信されましたのでインターネット回線は使用できたと判断します。顧客用とオフィス用は回線が違うといわれればそれまでですが初日の不具合時にはネットワークに入れてネットが使用できない、これは納得できますがネットワークは機能していて表示されているのにネットワークに繋げない（接続を拒否される）のは明らかに故意にパスワード変更されたとしか考えられません 私の送ったメールへの返信を見せて突き詰めて私はITエンジニアだからモデム（ルーター）を見せてくれそれで本当に不具合であれば納得できると抗議しようと思いましたがせっかくの旅行で嫌な思いを引きずりたくは無かったのでやめておきました。 仮にもしネットワーク（機器）の問題であればFreeWifiをうたっている以上、さして高価なものではないので機器を購入交換すべきではないかと思います。NZのネットが従量制なのも知っていますし日本と比べれば安くないことも理解しています。もし使用量を超過するのが嫌であればスピードの制限をかける設定を行うとか使用量の上限を設けるべきだと思います。 個人的な事ですが今回の宿泊でネットに接続出来なかった為に発生した損失は宿泊費用の10倍以上なので次回からは宿泊料金よりも内容のしっかりしたところ選ぼうと思います。 このモーテルは売りに出されていたので次のオーナーがその辺りの改善を行ってくれれば再度、利用するかもしれません。 ロケーションとしては中心部に位置しとても便利でした。建物はかなり老朽化が進んでいてコンセント数、コンセント位置は充分ではなく使い難く、設備も壊れかけている箇所が多数ありました（シャワーを固定する棒が外れかけてグラグラであったりコンロの一部が使用できなかったりetc...）設備はとにかく古いのでそれなりの覚悟が必要ですｗ あとは今回の部屋のみかもしれませんがダニが発生していて宿泊した全員が被害にあいました。総評としてロケーションは良いがクオリティやサービスを求めるのであれば考えたほうが良いかなと個人的には思います。値段的には安いのでモーテルという形態のバックパッカーズに宿泊と考えるのであれば充分ではないでしょうか。

Overall great place to stay,a bit older,great location, reasonably priced.

This motel should not be listed with Hotels.com. Upon check in we were told no room clean without extra charge. The climb up the exterior concrete stairs is too steep and probably not legal. Upon opening the door I noted the carpet is lumpy and uneven so could be a trip hazard. When I turned the bed down in the evening, my wife screamed because there was a bug in the sheets. I approached the manager and told her we wanted a refund as we would not stay, she said too late we already paid no refund or partial was offered. As it was late evening we elected to try rest in the room till morning. This was difficult as the term backed on to McDonalds all night drive through so we listened to cars and parking lot parties all night. Went to the manager’s office in the morning to plead for some relief sign on the door says do not disturb as manager is not a morning person. Worst place and service I have seen in my 74 years, with hundreds of hotel stays. (Commercial Traveller)

Lack of air-conditioning. Property was looking tired but was ideal for us as a family group. Very handy to Keri Keri centre - shopping, restaurants, etc. Good value for money. Swimming Pool great and always clean.

Decent budget option

This was a very quaint and welcoming property. The location was great, with easy walkable distance to shopping and grocery stores. The shower was a bit small and on the short side. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the appliances worked and there was parking for our car right infront of our room. We would definitely return if we come back to this area of NZ.

Great little spot for work trips, comfortable, easy check in, always clean, comfy bed - basic but all you need.

Noisey backing on to Mc Donalds drive through soeakers

Staff helpful and friendly. A bit of noise from over the fence but did not worry me. Two suggestions - not in any way complaints. A small hand rail for the shower to help the mobility- challenged over the step. A large knife supplied, sugggest a small peeling knife also. Would stay again. Thank you to the people at reception.

This is a good place to stay and well positioned in Kerikeri. Good amenities and very clean.

Comfortable unit. Friendly helpful staff

Quite cold inside. Main room and even the bathroom had no form of heating. Only the 2nd bedroom had a heat pump

First stay since post covid. Check-in staff were friendly, and accommodating in regard to where I could park. Room was clean & tidy. My only issue was the shower not draining. Approximately 2 inches of water pooled while showering, which made it very dangerous to exit the shower due to it being an old style step up and then in to design. There were no rails to assist with exiting either. I reported this to the staff, so hopefully they fix the drain, in Unit 4. Other than that, my stay was good. Motel is located right in town, so walking distance to local shops.

Lovely been close to township would stay again.

Out check in was nearly non-existant. We were given a key and pointed to our rooms. We did get direction as to where to park our single car for our two rooms.
