ホテルのレストランの食事がとても美味しかったです！

スイスらしい可愛らしい内装のホテルで部屋も快適でした。ホテルのレストランを利用しましたが、味も大変良かったです。

ベルニナ特急を利用してク－ルからティラーノまでの景観を楽しむ拠点として２泊しました。　当ホテルの食事が評判であることを確認して滞在しましたが、評判どおりでした。特にアスパラガス料理はお酒にもぴったりでした。 部屋もStandard Twinで宿泊しましたが、清潔であり居心地が良かったです。

Zimmer warm und etwas stickig. Ventilator ging nicht.

Close to railway station and centre of the city. Comfortable room, recently upgraded. Excellent breakfast.

People who work here are angels -- they take care of you as of you were their family.

Unfortunately, it was not a great stay as we did not sleep. The hotel needs air conditioning; a fan was provided but this was so loud that it also prevented sleep. We were disappointed as this was special anniversary trip and the room was not cheap.

Hotellrummet var väldigt fin och fräsch. Frukosten var helt okej men inget fantastiskt. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam men de glömde ge oss ett stadskort där man kunde få olika rabatter I staden. Hotellet ligger också nästintill en kyrka där klockorna börja slå på tidigt på morgonen om man är lättväckt.

Restaurant was wonderful. A nice place.

My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer! What a lovely hotel, I found the staff to be kind and accommodating, just felt so welcome. The room was cozy, uber clean and loved being able to open a window and see the mountains ... such a joy!

Great location, some of the period charm left, but starting to look a bit run down.

This is an old hotel that has great charm, however we found the beds lumpy and too firm. We had booked too rooms ( at the same price) but they were very different…. One was very small and stuffy. The staff was able to move us to a slightly larger room with more light. Loved having the tea kettle but each dsy had to ask for a cup.

Such a lovely staff. Great location between Old Town and the train station. Breakfast was included and delicious. 5 out of 5 stars!
