4つ星モーテルということで大きな期待をもって13泊を予約しました。 快適に過ごすにはコミュニケーション力が必要かと思います。シーツは3泊ごと、タオルは17時過ぎに洗濯が完了してからお掃除時間とは別にもってくることなど質問しなければわからないことでした。ただお風呂があることは大変ありがたく疲れがとれました。フロントのスタッフがくれる引き立てコーヒーも美味しかったです。

部屋は広く快適でした。古びた感じはあったけど清潔でした。コンロがあったので目の前のスーパーマーケットで肉を買ってきてステーキを焼いて食べました。ハミルトンの街中を走る無料のシャトルバスの乗り場まですぐなので、街中へは簡単に出られます。なぜだかわからないけどチェックインの時に牛乳を一本もらえます。子供は喜んでいました。多分紅茶、コーヒーのミルク用だと思います。

ここには何とも泊まっていますが、とても良いモーテルです。 ラグビー観戦時によく使いますが、近くにラグビースタジアムがありますし、スーパーもあり便利、とても良いパブが近くにあり便利、静かで駐車場も大きく部屋の設備もイイです。 次回もまた、このモーテルを使うつもりです。

ジャグジー風呂があり、疲れが取れた。 キッチンも整備され、すぐそばのスーパーカウントダウンで食材を購入し 豪華な夕食でした。

Spacious and tidy unit 100m from the supermarket and 200m from the stadium. Plenty of restaurants 5-10 minuets away. Hiccup at check-in quickly rectified

Good sized accomodation but it looks like it’s right next to housing complex with lots of screaming children and shouting

So good to be close to supermarket especially when they didn't provide milk. The instructions for the spa weren't clear as no line on spa level as could overflow and you could be charged extra. But lovely to have it in the unit so pleased they changed my booking. The shower head was moldy. But was nice time overall.

Overall happy

Very, very clean. Comfortable bed, great kitchen utensils, and very well set out cupboards which stocked all the appliances we needed. These were all immaculately clean and tidy. The bathroom was very clean and tidy. It had all the towels and cloths we needed well stocked up. The whole area was well set up. Great parking and plenty of carparks. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. Really pleased to note that woolworths was just across the road. So no problem with fresh food or any other items we might need. We will always book here now as this is the cleanest and most comfortable motel closest to Waikato Hospital. So convenient.

The place felt old and tired. Rooms are in blocks feeling like a prison. Noisey, blood on spa. Parking atrocious flooded in morning reception not what I expected. Would not recommend.

Driving in it looks a bit average but we had our townhouse upgraded. Room was clean and heaps of space, quiet and close to supermarket, cafes - really good value for money

The room I was in felt like it had 'emergency housing' people staying next door which did not feel very safe.

Motel parked close to supermarket and CBD is ideal walking distance. Rooms were great, front desk clerk was friendly. Only thing i can suggest is numbering the carpark spaces for your room number. As the park near my room was taken not a major hassle did find a park in end.
