4つ星モーテルということで大きな期待をもって13泊を予約しました。 快適に過ごすにはコミュニケーション力が必要かと思います。シーツは3泊ごと、タオルは17時過ぎに洗濯が完了してからお掃除時間とは別にもってくることなど質問しなければわからないことでした。ただお風呂があることは大変ありがたく疲れがとれました。フロントのスタッフがくれる引き立てコーヒーも美味しかったです。

部屋は広く快適でした。古びた感じはあったけど清潔でした。コンロがあったので目の前のスーパーマーケットで肉を買ってきてステーキを焼いて食べました。ハミルトンの街中を走る無料のシャトルバスの乗り場まですぐなので、街中へは簡単に出られます。なぜだかわからないけどチェックインの時に牛乳を一本もらえます。子供は喜んでいました。多分紅茶、コーヒーのミルク用だと思います。

ここには何とも泊まっていますが、とても良いモーテルです。 ラグビー観戦時によく使いますが、近くにラグビースタジアムがありますし、スーパーもあり便利、とても良いパブが近くにあり便利、静かで駐車場も大きく部屋の設備もイイです。 次回もまた、このモーテルを使うつもりです。

ジャグジー風呂があり、疲れが取れた。 キッチンも整備され、すぐそばのスーパーカウントダウンで食材を購入し 豪華な夕食でした。

Nice and quiet and close to town

Lovely motel, it has recently been upgraded & very tidy inside. It would have been good to have more choices for TV rather than just basic channels. Enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are recently renovated. Has everything you need for a corporate one or two day stay. Great shower, comfy bed, couch and table setting, good kitchen.

It was comfortable, we slept ok, clean tidy room with kitchen. Didn't do any cooking but it appeared to be a well appointed kitchenette. Room was quite dark, even during the day, maybe due to its position, it was ground floor in C block, close to supermarkets, which was handy....take ear plugs was a bit noisy in the night...need blinds/curtains that fully cover windows and bathroom could do with soap at the vanity.

Room was OK with a recently modernised kitchen. Basically 3 unit blocks one of which was being renovated but noise didn't bother us.Large supermarket across the road. Guest laundry was out of action due to reno's

Very nice recently renovated room. Bedding sheets were very nice and bed was comfortable and cozy. Spa was great. Self contained room. Spacious.

Newly renovated and really lovely. Our hosts were wonderful. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and pots. Beds were very firm. The area was quiet and there is a grocery store across the street.

Bed was broken, linen was dirty, benches weren’t wiped. Just not good.

Repairs being made about the place

Room was tidy and clean on surfaces and bedding appeared clean, but chairs and carpet needed a clean. Room smelt strongly of stale cigarettes. Spa bath was awesome. Shower great with very high pressure.
