Very kind stuff

私たちは4セパレートベッドが必要で、予約したのは2シングルとダブル、リビングのソファベッドのはずでしたが、違う部屋に案内されました。スパはありませんでしたが、1番広いユニットに少額の追加料金で変更してもらいました。居心地も良く、ゆったりできました。駐車スペースはやや狭いですが、ホストも親切です。

スタッフさんが親切で笑顔があり、テキパキと要望に応えて下さいました。設備も最高で、ジャグジーを堪能。長期滞在も楽しめる宿です。

日本人旅行者には、バスタブは非常に嬉しい設備。タオルハンガーに、温風が当たり簡単な洗濯物は、翌朝には、乾いている。施設付帯のコインランドリーが、現金以外でも、使用可能であればより利用しやすい。

Rooms are a bit dark, but clean enough. A friendly manager at the reception. A bit too far to go downtown by walk.

部屋の中に、　立派なスパがあり、 宿泊中は快適に過ごせました。 スパの使用は10時まで。それ以降は電源が切られます。 すてきな小さいキッチンがあり、 レンジもあるので　Take Awayのものを温めたりできます。 広さも十分で、快適でした。

We were very happy with our room and the staff at Silver Fern Rotorua. My wife and I stayed in their studio, which was quite spacious (by our standard) with a very large bath. The owner was very friendly and quick at providing help. Although not in the very centre of town, it is easy to walk into town and, if you don't feel like walking back, there seemed to be plenty of taxis. (We paid about 11NZD, which we thought was quite reasonable.)

밤에 추워져서 오일 히터를 켜려고 하니 먼지가 수북해서 닦고 틀었습니다. 화장실 팬에 먼지가 얹어있었고, 수건에 노란 얼룩이 너무 많았습니다. (냄새를 맡아보니 빨래가 된 상태인것은 같은데 얼룩이 남아있던거 같아요) 테 푸이아 근처라 방문을 열면 유황냄새가 납니다. 그외 방 구조나 침대 시트 청결 상태등은 양호합니다. 넓은 방이어서 편했습니다. 리셉션은 매우 친절했습니다.

Nice place, friendly staff. We would come back!

This place is perfect! Reasonable price, good, quiet location (5 mins from city center), easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff, and spacious rooms! It was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. They even offer spa services like massages while you’re there, at a good price, too. Antony checked us in, showed us our room, and gave us some great recommendations of must do things in the area. It felt like we were family! Will definitely be staying here again!

The facility advertises private pools for suites. This is misleading, there are jetted tubs in the suites, there aren’t any pools in this facility

Loved the local compostable toiletries provided. Great location since we were mainly visiting the geysers and wood art gallery. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went to eat. It was ready when we got back. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. We used the hot tub which was very relaxing after driving and walking all day. I’d recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay very much. A 5 minute drive into the town centre for dinner. We had a lovely jacuzzi bath which we made the most of. The reception team couldn’t have been more helpful.

We really enjoyed the experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. The honeymoon suite was great, and we enjoyed using the spa.

It was a very nice stay, the ladies at the front desk are amazing. This is one of the 3-4 hotels in Rotorua which offer 11 am check out (all others are 10 am). The location is good if you have a car, you need to walk at least 20 minutes to the next dining locarion.

The wall is too thin. The next room can control our room' TV turn on&off. It was too noise from the outside converstion on every morning. There is no lift. And, the facilities was old. I went to the reception because the water didn't come out in the morning, but when I went to the reception, they told me it was broken.

Fantastic, Helen the manager was great. Helen went above and beyond our expectation’s Having us feel welcomed even though we arrived later than expected, past regular office hours. The room was clean and spacious and quiet for a good nights sleep. Thank you again Helen for your thoughtfulness.
