今回は、アイアンマンレースの為に利用しました。 大きなホテルなので、部屋によっては、外に出るのに時間がかかります。 スタッフの計らいで1階の部屋だったです。 レースの準備で忙しくてゆっくりできなかったので、このホテルの特徴(滞在型リゾートホテル)を十分楽しめなかったです。次はゆっくりしたいです。

Chambre impeccable car rénovée. Personnel toujours top. Repas, nourriture excellents, de qualité.

Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!

Dies war unser 2. Aufenthalt im Hotel. Alles perfekt, sogar der Zimmerwunsch wurde berücksichtigt 👍 Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich toll mit dem grossen TV. Das einzige Manko war die Beleuchtung. Im Gang zu wenig Licht und im Bad sehr schlechtes Licht. Der Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad wäre ja toll, wenn er auf Augenhöhe angebracht wäre und Licht hätte. Leider hat es immer noch Kakerlaken im Restaurantbereich und am Pool. Solange diese nicht im Zimmer rumkrabbeln, geht es ja. Würde das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, mit der traumhaften Vegetation in der Anlage und dem freundlich zuvorkommenden Personal.

Food was not as good as in previous visits.

Fantastic interior and exterior. Facilities superb. Location is amazing. Variety of food, seating areas, bars, pools, activities, terrific. Breakfast available from 6 til 10.30 and dinner over a 3 hour schedule to suit all plans.

Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden but once we worked out they would find tables for us, it was really easy too. Excellent cleanliness and great service.

Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Selection of bars / restaurants in immediate area including gift shops selling the usual tack. Well maintained promenade / cycle lanes running east towards airport and west towards Puerto del Carmen.

Great hotel, love the fact that you can be in your room within half hour of the plane touching down. The food is great, plenty of selection, great drinks and lovely staff.

Couple's mini break looking to relax. Well appointed room with daily replaced water, tea and coffee. Enormous super king bed. Lovely bathroom and L'Occitaine bath products. One heated and one regular pool. The sun was low at the end of December and not too strong so limited sun loungers have sun all day and these are quickly snapped (reserved) up by a certain early rising nationality. The beach is however, right next door with many bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing and there is everything on site from spa, to hairdressers, pedi-manicures, boutique shops etc. A choice of evening entertainment. We went half board which is extremely good value. Daily theme, fish and meat cooked to order as well. Well located a short 7 minute taxi ride from the airport costing around 12 euro plus tip. Bus stop also just in front of the property.

Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. The staff couldnt do enough to make everything special The entertainment team were on top form all week we there. Cant wait to come back

This beautiful hotel is in a fantastic location, easy access to the beach & great walks. Spotlessly clean throughout. Food options & varieties are great. Vast pool area with 3 pools & lifeguards on duty daily. Towels supplied for sun loungers & daily activities organised for adults and children. The staff are just so helpful & friendly here from the Manager, Beate down. They go above & beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is nightly entertainment, a piano bar and live shows downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel
