フロントのスタッフは親切ですが、朝食担当の男性スタッフがコーヒーやチーズとハムのプレートを出し忘れたりしました。レストランから見える城壁都市の景色は最高です。エレベーターはなく、スーツケースを持って2階の部屋まで上がるのは60代の私たちには辛かったです。

シテからすぐのホテルなので観光にとても便利です。 チェックインの際に系列のHôtel du Châteauのフロントで行う必要があります。 看板犬がとてもかわいかったです。

カルカッソンヌの城はとても近く夜の場内を散策するのにも便利だった。 ホテルは名前の違うホテルが共通したフロントを持っているのでチェックインの仕方に戸惑った。 部屋は広くないが、各部屋の外にテラスのような広めの場所があって夏はそこでくつろげそうであった。

Espace Salle de bain/wc trop petit !

Staff on the check in were very unhelpful, as though they didn't want us there. The rooms are very bright and garish. The pool was empty when we got there, it was 34*c temperature outside, they said they would fill it up so put a hose pipe in, it took over 4 hours to fill to waist height. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, and has fantastic views of the castle, but the facilities and service were not worth the money.

Overall great experience and a beautiful location. Would absolutely visit again.

Fantastic hotel, employees, ambience and services. Loved the breakfast and the laid back vibe of the place. They are very good at speaking english and being patient with guests.

As soon as we arrived at her hotel the staff were friendly and welcoming offering us a cooling towelette on a blisteringly hot day. Our room even though it reminded me of the Red room from Twin Peaks (which is fine as i’m a fan) was clean spacious and had excellent air con (a blessing). The pool was very welcome and we spent a good few hours enjoying being able to have a dip and read by the pool surrounded by lush vegetation and enjoying a lovely glass of wine or two. The close proximity to the Medieval City itself was amazing and allowed us to explore it deeply. And the views for the fireworks over the castle were amazing from the hotel garden. This hotel would usually be a bit out of budget for us but because of a mix up with a previous booking we had a voucher which allowed us a taste of slight luxury. Thanks to all the staff and the hotel god for making our stay so special.

Bel hôtel mais chambre un peu exiguë

Accueil sympathique par tout le personnel,petit déjeuner superbe avec vue sur les remparts de Carcassonne,chambre calme,petit bemol pour le bruit de la climatisation.

Hôtel charmant situé en face des portes de la cité médiévale. L accueil à été parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme.

Loved our time here, 2 couples celebrating our wedding anniversaries. The location is stunning, the pool and jacuzzi sublime after a bit of sight seeing. I will say the hotel advertise a 24/7 bar however the night porter/bar man was rude and not customer focused at all, very disappointed with his manner and conduct. We will stay again though as the other staff were lovely

Beautiful hotel and property right next to la cite, but away from the crowds. Rooms were very clean and chic with excellent air conditioning. The pool was the highlight. Lots of sun loungers, perfect for a hot afternoon.

Hôtel correspondant à l'offre sur votre site. Juste quelques petites remarques concernant la salle de bain de la chambre n°31. Mesurant 1,85m, je ne pouvais m'assoir correctement sur les toilettes par la proximité trop importante du lavabo vers le WC suspendu. Franchement pas très agréable. Un carreau de la faîence de la baignoire se détache, les bondes du lavabo et de la baignoire ne fonctionnent pas. Le sèche cheveux en dessous du lavabo, vraiment trop bas. Le petit bureau de la chambre est à deux doigts de s'écrouler. Sinon décoration, propreté, confort matelas, tout le reste au top.

It is really close to the walled city. The staff let me park my car and let me use the washroom after I checked out; it made my visit of Carcassonne really easy.

We had a great family room for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Air conditioned, nice pool in a small garden, We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast , generous serving sizes and great apple juice. Hotel is just across La Cite, walking distance from the castle and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

Outstanding! Even though the room was in another building just across the road, you have access to the restaurant, bar, terrace and beautiful spa. Location is fantastic, looking out to the castle with easy access to the ‘cité médiévale’.

Peu de place pour le petit déjeuner ( les uns sur les autres). Faudra attendre qu’on nous amène ce qui est compris dans la formule petit déjeuner et cela peut prendre du temps. Chambre de l’hôtel Montmorency un peu veillote.

Nice hotel, brilliant setting just opposite the city walls. Rooms in the annexe (where we were) are very funky, lots of modern vibes but perfectly decent. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - which is disappointing - but apart from that, no issues. My only problem with the booking was checking in - the one member of staff was incredibly diligent, but took far too long to book people in. I know this isn't a Travelodge, but most people are experienced travellers and don't need to be shown to their rooms! But when a second staff member turned up (after 20 minutes) things moved much quicker. All in all excellent, but don't turn up when there's a queue!
