フロントのスタッフは親切ですが、朝食担当の男性スタッフがコーヒーやチーズとハムのプレートを出し忘れたりしました。レストランから見える城壁都市の景色は最高です。エレベーターはなく、スーツケースを持って2階の部屋まで上がるのは60代の私たちには辛かったです。

シテからすぐのホテルなので観光にとても便利です。 チェックインの際に系列のHôtel du Châteauのフロントで行う必要があります。 看板犬がとてもかわいかったです。

カルカッソンヌの城はとても近く夜の場内を散策するのにも便利だった。 ホテルは名前の違うホテルが共通したフロントを持っているのでチェックインの仕方に戸惑った。 部屋は広くないが、各部屋の外にテラスのような広めの場所があって夏はそこでくつろげそうであった。

Pour visiter la cité médiévale, il n'y a pas mieux : hôtel au pied des remparts. Cadre exceptionnel et les services proposés sont au diapason : chambre spacieuse et joliment décorée, piscine et jacuzzi à disposition, espace pour le petit déjeuner avec vue sur les remparts. Je recommande.

Beautiful property just outside the castle grounds in Carcassonne with on-site parking. Very convenient with multiple restaurants across the street inside the castle.

Hotel idéalement situé à l’entrée de la citadelle. L’hotel ainsi que les extérieurs avec la piscine sont tres jolies, un contraste avec les chambres qui n’ont aucun charme et un peu vieillotte. Les chambres sont également mal insonorisées, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le couloir.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und das Personal ist freundlich. Etwas enttäuscht waren wir von der E-Ladeinfrastruktur, der Einrichtung des Badezimmers in unserem Doppelzimmer sowie dem Wellness-Angebot.

The hotel is a lovely setting and the main hotel appears to be excellent, resident cat that was the highlight of the stay and lovely dog, grounds are beautiful and lovely coffee. I would stay again with amendments; A few things holding the hotel back- rooms in a building a room over, clearly from hotels success but need work. No kettle/coffee or cups, but instead singular can of fancy water which was not replenished. Spa was a surcharge in 30 min blocks and not advertised as such and pool was closed but not advertised. It's not suitable for elder guests, as no lift and one elderly person in our ground fell down the stairs which are dark and not easy to see.

We had a lovely stay. The room is very efficient. The staff was the highlight as they were very helpful with holding our luggage when we arrived early and provided recommendations for restaurants.
