アメニティーの補充が随時されない点は不満ですが、他は全て満足しています。

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, eigentlich. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum einerseits natürlich top, da man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Andererseits schlimm, da nachts ein brutaler Lärmpegel ausserhalb ist. Komfortable Suite. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, alle nötigen Pflegeprodukte sowie Bademantel und Hausschuhe, alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen, keine Chance. Die Beleuchtung im ganzen Hotel eher düster. Auch im Zimmer, vor allem im Bad, man sieht kaum was. Das Personal ist zum Großteil sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegessen habe ich nicht, deswegen dazu keine Bewertung. Preis Leistung finde ich zu teuer unterm Strich.

Room was fine, Staff did their best but heating in the room not working and i wasn’t allowed to change rooms. The gave me a small portable heater that works some of the time. Not good enough for the price paid

Tolle Rezeption, tolle Lage. Das Zimmer unserer Kinder war hervorragend, leider bräuchte die 110 etwas „Zuneigung“. Fast lose Toilettenpapierhalterung, geht noch. Aber die Matratze war defacto durch und leider konnte man nicht den Apple TV anschließen, weil schlichtweg das externe HDMI nicht erreichbar war am TV(in 108 schon). Toller Barkeeper, tolle Rezeption und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

We stay there every time we visit the Ramstain area! Love it!

It is a nice hotel, but the pictures look better than in person. The bartenders could be more attentive, but it was overall a good stay. It’s a great location and probably the nicest hotel in the area.

Great place to stay, only wish there was a stand up shower.

The staff was great, the room was great. My only wish is that it had a proper stand up enclosed shower. It had a bath tub with a hose and the water goes everywhere. The wonderful part is the the bathroom area has heated floors. Now I have to add this to my own home. Lots of food options nearby.

Decent stay

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zu einem Platz, auf dem wohl Dienstags Markt ist. Um 2:45 startete der sehr geräuschintensive Aufbau-meine Nacht war damit rum. Wohlgemerkt bei geschlossenen Fenster. Und ich hatte nicht das billigste Zimmer sondern eine Juniorsuite. Leider sind nach solch einer Katastrophennacht alle anderen positiven Eindrücke vergessen.
