素晴らしいホスピタリティ、広くて綺麗な部屋、さらに一階だったので綺麗な庭も見られました。 素晴らしい景色を見ながらの朝食もおすすめです。 スタッフは親切で食事は美味しく、とにかくいいことしかなかったです。できるならしばらく滞在したいくらいでした。

一番安いStandardのツインの部屋だったため、狭くて快適ではありませんでした。 しかも古いホテルのため、エレベーターがなく、3階までスーツケースを持って上がらなくてはなりませんでした。 エアコンもないですし、設備面を考えると正直に言うと5つ星のホテルとは思えません。 3つ星レベルです。スーペリア以上の部屋だったら、違ったのかもしれません。 スタッフの方は最初にMapを使って案内をしてくれて親切ですし、朝食もとても美味しいので、その2点は素晴らしいのですが。

We spend a comfortable time at this hotel. Persons on reception is very friendly and warmful. Room is kept very clean. We hope to stay this hotel again if we have change to go bath.

Second time staying here. Expensive, and both breakfast and parking cost extra. Breakfast was good, but not excellent like some other stays we had on this trip. Parking is tight but doable. The Plate restaurant next door is very good for dinner.

This place was so amazing! You could walk to anything you wanted to do. We were in the garden room and it was perfect. Our stay was 3 days but we never wanted to leave! The staff was so helpful and the garden view was incredible! Breakfast is extra but worth starting your day with :)

5 Sterne Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben: Nicht ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste vorhanden, wird zudem auch noch vom Personal genutzt. Wurden sogar vom Personal eingeparkt! Am Eingang Container mit Müll und ungepflegt (Bepflanzung am Haus,Müll am Parkplatz). Empfang bei Ankunft alles andere als freundlich, abgefertigt und arrogant. Achtung, Frühstück extra pro Tag 15 Pfund. Badezimmer: Spinnen und Spinnennetze am Fenster, sehr unappetitlich. Licht über Spiegel und Dunstabzug defekt. Daher sehr viel Feuchtigkeit, die man nicht rauskriegt da Fenster im Bad nur 10cm zu öffnen und dann auch noch Balkonkasten davor! Leute, das geht einfach nicht Im Schlafzimmer alte kaputte Vorhänge. Sessel mit Flecken... Die Liste ist endlos, viel zu teuer für so viele Mängel. Nie wieder Ayrlington!!!

A little shabby but perfect location. Pillows flat and sheets older but bed was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. One room facing the garden was peaceful and quiet while second room facing the street louder as street is busy. Location is a short walk to central Bath with many food options close by.

When we arrived and checked in, the receptionist was very friendly and took us to our room which is nice. Room beautiful and clean. We didn’t have breakfast as we prefer to eat brunch. Would definitely go back and recommended for sure. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to train station and only about 10 minutes to shops.

The room was lovely, and there was a great-looking garden that I wished I had time to sit in while the weather was good...

Great location. Close walk to town centre and main attractions. Friendly staff. Extremely warm in the room at night would have been our only complaint but at least fans are provided.

Love the property, my room was beautiful and it looked out to the back of the house onto the gardens. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great. My only problem was the wifi-it was not reliable which was an issue since this was a work trip and I had work to do while I was there.

Our stay was great. We picked this spot for the relatively quiet location, available parking, and walkability. It did not disappoint. The staff was kind and helpful, even offering to hold our leftover dinner in their refrigerator until we left the next day.

We stayed in the room called The Range which is in the basement, so a bit dark & no view. The Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, with an explanation of the hotel and things to do and see in Bath. The onsite parking was available and reasonably priced with good check in and out times. The bathroom was spotless with all necessary amenities. Very well located just outside the centre of Bath.

Everything was great, staffs are very helpful and informative. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great and the price is reasonable. Stayed a great night there.

Welcoming Reception staff. Clean comfortable room with wonderful view. Close to Bath centre. Did not use parking or restaurant facility. Would recommend to stay.

The room was incredibly clean and well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee, and we were also provided with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Our room had a lovely view of the pitch behind the hotel and the gardens. Extremely comfortable stay in a convenient location (10 minute walk from the shops). Staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. I’d recommend staying here any time you’re in Bath.

The staff was amazingly courteous. Did their best to make us feel welcomed and ready to support us through every interaction. The room was so elegant and the bed very comfortable. An all stars all around.
