とても素晴らしいホテルでした。 歴史を感じることのできるライブラリーやサウナ&ジャグジーなどもついた個別スパなども使用でき、とてもゆっくりと滞在できました。 通りががりの方が、エントランスの写真を撮ってらっしゃるくらいステキなホテルです。

マヨルカの町並みは日本人にとり(少なくとも私にとって)非日常的なものであり、本ホテルもリゾート感たっぷりの理想的なものだった。従業員もかなり親切。 残念な点をあえて挙げるなら、プールがない点くらい。

Hotelがある旧い中世を思わせる街なみの雰囲気、ホテルエントランスにあるレストラン、スタッフの対応、部屋までに通るいくつかのラウンジルームなど、コンパクトな落ち着いたホテルで全てに満足です。 今回は1泊でしたが、次に機会があればもう少し長期滞在をしたいホテルでした。

素晴らしいホテルです。センスの良いアンティーク家具に囲まれ毎日幸せ。質の良いタオル、コスメ、ベッドシーツ、食事等も申し分ありません。客室数をあえて少なくしてある為、贅沢な空間が勿体無いほど沢山あります。親切なスタッフの方々にも大変良くして頂きました。

立地が素晴らしくアットホームなホテルです。お部屋は広くてよかったのですが、駐車場がとても遠かったことと、夜遅くまで騒いでいる声が聞こえてきたことは残念でした。

ホテルの雰囲気、お部屋の清潔さ、スタッフの対応すべて最高点です‼︎街の中心にあるため、観光のための立地も良かったです。無料のスパも二種類のサウナがついています。 誕生日とハネムーンを過ごしましたが、サプライズでお祝いまでしていただき、本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。

五つ星ながら、非常に居心地がよく、リラックスできるホテルでした。立地も観光するのにとても便利ですし、別料金でしたが朝食もバイキングで美味しく、スタッフも親切でした。部屋に関してですが、私が宿泊した部屋には立派な前室のようなものがありました。前室は共有スペースではありますが、前室の奥には私の部屋しかないので、宿泊中、他のお客様を見かけることはなく、プライベートな空間のようで特別感がありました。パルマ市内の観光目的の方には是非おすすめしたいホテルです。

予約の際ハネムーンと伝えたところ、部屋にシャンパンを用意してくれました。感激でした。フロントの方の対応もすばらしく、ぜひまた宿泊したいです。

レセプションの対応、ロビーや他空間、部屋でのリラックス度全てにおいて満足しました。

Wonderful staff and the hotel property was absolutely stunning.

The room did not have AC during a heat wave. Completely unacceptable. They moved us the next day. The hotel does not include breakfast and has zero amenities. Did not feel worth the price we paid. The hotel is attractive and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful property in a great location. The staff was exceptional as well. Would stay again for sure!

We felt like royalty! What an outstanding property. Hidden behind one of the large timber doors the area is known for. Amazing service and facilities. Perfect location for everything. It was even pointed out for its luxury in a local walking tour that we took part in. We will be back!

A beautifully interior designed property right in the heart of Palma. Our room was room 5, it was spacious , luxurious and comfortable. Julia the concierge was more than helpful in guiding us and booking and canceling restaurants. The property feels like staying at your own grand property with a distinctive feel of a home and never feels crowded. My only criticism is that the self serve coffee machine is not on line with the high quality of everything else.

Perfect location for walking to square, shopping and restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating, room was very big and bed was very comfortable. Food was great too - had a pastrami sandwich for lunch and am still craving it!

The staff here is wonderful. Jose provided the most lovely welcome experience and Bruno was always helpful when we spoke with him. The decor, ambiance, and even smell provides the most relaxing and gorgeous environment for a stay in Palma. Would definitely come back again.
