The room was big and very comfortable. I got to use the steam bath in a spa, and that was nice. Spa was supposed to open at 8 AM according to the sign on the door, but it did not open till 8:50 AM. That was disappointing.

It's a shame that despite being a great hotel, there is a huge difference in the personal skills of the staff, with some being helpful and others clearly just not wanting to bother.

The room was nice. My plan came with a complimentary mini bar. The elevator was very slow so I had to wait for a while. Internet log-in system is strange. I wish it was much simpler.

Everything was amazing ! Amazing service ! Amazing food , amazing staff , clean . Amazing entertainment . Can’t wait to come back in the future .

Las instalaciones muy bien, en el nivel 2 de escucha un ruido permanente de motor que no deja dormir, las almohadas muy grandes y poco comodas. La habitación perfecta. Opino que todo puede mejorar

Mejor atención de los meseros en el restaurante de la primera planta y de los botones, olvidaron una de nuestras maletas y tardaron casi una hora en llevarlas al auto a la salida. Excelente servicio de recepción y de la salida de ejecutivos.

Una estancia inolvidable, ya que lo tomamos como punto medio al tener un evento cerca del hotel y otro en el hotel x la mañana, y las personas e instalaciones del hotel formidable, altamente recomendable!!!!

Excellent service. Great facilities. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Stayed on the 18th floor. Amazing view. Roof top bar was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.5 stars.

Limpieza no tan buena

The room was great, however room service was one of the worse we’ve have ever experience. The first night we ordered food and the pizza was undercooked. We order breakfast for the day we were leaving. By the time the breakfast was delivered it was cold and soggy. Very disappointing food quality and taste. The valet parking was convenient however they charged me for a lost ticket and told me if I found it they would reimburse me however they did not. Although the rook was great, I am not it is worth staying there again since the food is not good at all. We ended up having to leave the hotel to go find food elsewhere after paying the hotels expensive food that was not good at all.
