出張で1泊滞在しました。 自分へのご褒美を含めてジェットバス付の部屋を予約しました。 北米に来て久々に肩までゆっくり湯船に浸かりとても快適でした。 朝食はアメリカの一般的な朝食、ホテルスタッフの対応はとても親切でした。

プールが充実していたので、小さいお子さんとの宿泊には最高！

Great breakfast and service.

Just stayed one night and chose this hotel specifically for the pool for my 4 year old granddaughter. We had an absolute blast! Hotel and staff were very nice and we loved the pool.

The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and the food was good, hot and serice area was clean.

It was decent. The room was nice, the kids enjoyed the pool. I was disappointed that it still advertises a hot tub. My wife really enjoyed the hot tub when we stayed in the past and it did not show that it had been removed. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

The breakfast was great except for the lady who ran it, she was unfriendly and borderline rude.

Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is getting the pool chemicals in order. The water was a little cloudy, you could smell how strong the chemicals are as soon as you step in the building. The next day my 7 year olds eyes were swollen from all the chemicals. I did not allow him to swim before we left and the swelling went down the next day.

7 th floor had an engine type noise.

The hotel is very convenient to Polaris mall and major shopping. The room was clean and updated. Our family loved the pool but it was very crowded. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Elevator needs a good cleaning

Excellent breakfast selections, with nice seating area. Elevators make an unsettling mechanical noise when moving. This noise was very evident in the first room we were booked into which backed directly onto the elevator shaft wall. We asked immediately to be moved and were moved the equivalent of 3 rooms down from the elevators and could still hear it a bit. Desk clerk stated that they have had previous complaints about the elevator noise, yet it still exists.

I loved the sheets on the beds. The bed was comfortable but it was extremely squeaky, even with the smallest movement. Despite this property having so many families (they have a great little water park for the kiddos), it was very quiet in the evening and we were near the elevator and we didn't hear anything overnight. housekeeping was great.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. This last time was a terrible experience. Our room was not ready at 7pm day of check in (4pm is supposed to be check in time). Once we finally got in our room the mini fridge did not work, hallways smelled of smoke and the shower was ice cold. Over the 2 nights we stayed, the room keys deactivated 6 separate times. Front desk blamed us on this saying that we had them near our phones. After the last time they sent maintenance up who had to re-key and remove the entire door handle to get it working. When we asked to speak with a manager, they stated they don’t have one on site. I was not given an option to leave a message or have one call me either. We will not be staying here again. This hotel costs much more than similar ones in the area and was not worth the added costs.

Everything was pretty good only issues were that there was what looked like food on the light switch and plastic around it there was only one trash can in the entire suite and on one of the bed at three of the corners the seam of the blankets were ripped out besides that employees were pleasant and kind and the bed was very comfortable

The hot tub was not operational by the pool.
