Excellent hotel. Even if you are not a golfer and want to stay in Alcalá de Henares this is an excellent option, great breakfast, very comfortable room. The staff is amazing. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very very good. Lovely rooms and great food. If i had to find a negative it would be the beds are a little hard for my taste, they may suite other people perfectly. Faultless otherwise..

Fantastisch verblijf gehad

Excellent, especially the staff. Very relaxing and quality. The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality.

Fabulous hotel, clean, comfortable beds and lovely rooms - we paid for one overlooking the golf course. The service and friendliness of the staff was second to none. The pool is a plunge pool (0.8m) on the top floor over looking the golf course which was very cold but just what we needed given we were here in August. We played golf every day and you definitely need a car to get around as the hotel is isolated but within 6 mins you can reach a supermarket and restaurants by car. The golf course was brilliant, really long and very tough greens but in fantastic condition and well watered.

Worth the stop. Staff makes all the difference. They were great and helpful - from the front desk to the bar and cafeteria. Treatment was professional!

He estado en el hotel dos noche por trabajo, buscaba un hotel alejado del ruido para poder trabajar desde el hotel y descansar por la noche. El hotel esta en optimo estado y el servicio es excelente, tanto el equipo de recepción que el del bar/restaurante. Las habitaciones son amplias, con todas las comodidades y super limpias. Las vistas las campo de golf son un plus hasta para los que no somos jugadores! A tan solo 5 minutos en coche hay un centro comercial por si se necesita cualquier cosa. Sin duda voy a repetir!

El hotel estuvo a la altura de las expectativas, si bien tuvimos que esperar a la llegada porque la habitación no estaba preparada. La habitación es amplia y confortable, al igual que el baño, muy funcional. El desayuno buffet está correcto, aunque la máquina de café tiene limitadas algunas opciones; pan, bollería y fruta fresca, embutidos y quesos, huevos revueltos y bacon. A mejorar la instalación de la piscina: el agua muy fría y el suelo muy caliente. No hice uso del campo de golf.

Work trip. Quiet hotel away from the city. Need a car to eat out. A little tired but good for golf. Friendly staff and nice roof swimming area.

The meal service was a little hap hazard. Breakfast layout was different each day. The final day we had to request nearly everything as it hadn't been put out. We tried one time to enter the restaurant for an evening meal but we were told we could only eat in the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but we never got the hang of the food rules.

Excellent hotel 20 min drive from madrid airport. Very eady check in, staff very good. Very big modern room with excellent facilities.

We founds Encin Golf Hotel while trying to recover from a vacation that failed. Encin was the perfect solution to provide our friends with a calming atmosphere good service and really really clean rooms.
