ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。

Very friendly staff

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at The Westin Reserva Conchal for our honeymoon, and everything about our experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing — every restaurant we tried offered delicious options, and the service was consistently top-notch. The resort itself is stunning and beautifully maintained; the lush grounds, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views made it feel like a private paradise. There’s so much to do here — it truly feels like its own little city. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the beach, or taking part in the many activities offered, we were never bored. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We’re already talking about when we can come back — The Westin Reserva Conchal will definitely be our go-to spot for future vacations!

Everything about the resort was wonderful, from the staff to resort to the beaches. Staff was always delightful to talk too and very informative. Transportation was always there when needed and on time. I will be back! Thank you!

We stayed at the resort at the end of September. Despite worries about rain ruining our vacation it was beautiful. THe pool is nice and the beach is amazing. Some of the restaurants were good some were ok. In some cases the staff seemed over worked like the pizza cook and in other cases they didn't have much to do. More detail could have been paid to a few things. Overall a very nice vacation. The serving staff at the pool and the snack bars were really great. We had one terrible dinner (Italian) the staff messed up every thing, and the food was terrible. The Asian food was pretty good. My family enjoyed themselves and would probably return although I am not sure I would go to an all inclusive again. This was my second time and I'm just not sure the value is there.

I was just there in September 2025. The property was very nice and convenient with their shuttle buses that take you around the property grounds. The food at the restaurants were very good as well as the drinks. I was a little disappointed with the waiter service as they were a bit slow with providing coffee during several breakfast meals. Other than the hit or miss service, I would still recommend this resort for their beach and pools. I especially liked the upgraded Club access with their own private lounge and snacks and drinks stations.

The property is beautiful, the scenery and the beach at walking distance is the most beautiful beach I have seen. The rooms are clean, the staff were friendly and so welcoming. Costa Rica really is Pura Vida, the country and the people.

It was an excellent resort from the spa, dining options and a beautiful beach. The staff was always willing and ready to assist with any need or help that we encountered.

Locals constantly coming up and offering something when you just want to relax No private beach. Be prepared to share the beach with locals. You can request lounge chairs/umbrellas from the resort but be ready to wait 30-40 minutes for them to service up Only one area (the activities center) where you can get pool towels but the resort is big therefore very inconvenient Dirty around the pool area No pool side service. You have to go to the bar area to get any drink. Only one bar area List of stray dogs just walking around the beach and inside the resort. Stepped in dog poop by the pool accidentally. Transportation around the resort takes longer then promised 5 minutes arrival time. On occasion Would have to wait 10-15min to get transportation and on occasion denied. Noellia at Swiss travel next to the beach access was non informative, very very rude ,hesitant to assist and just overall rude One bathrobe in the room Be prepared to wait over 30 min for breakfast at the restaurants. Its first come first serve however they accommodate people of Hispanic descent more quicker and kinder. Not clean resort around the pool and walkways Rooms are spacious the cleaning could be better. Showers, bathroom floors are dirty. Poor WiFi and service despite having all the bars Not the Westin quality experience Pool temperature is very warm and outside is like 90 degrees Poor lighting around the property. Costa Rica is a beautiful place to visit. That said, our stay at the Westin Reserva Conchal was mixed—some highlights, but also many disappointments. Pros: • Spacious rooms with nice design. • Faisanella restaurant had the best food and service. • Chef at Caracola was kind and attentive. • Imperial Bar was fun and lively—Ruddy made excellent cocktails. • Ivan (by the pool) and Vinicio (by Couri restaurant) were wonderful and friendly. Cons: • No private beach—locals frequently approach selling goods, makes it hard to relax. • Stray dogs on the beach and resort grounds (stepped into dog poop by the pool). • Dirty pool area, old lounge chairs, and very warm pool water, which was uncomfortable given the hot weather. • No poolside service; only one bar and one towel station for a very large resort. • Long waits: 30+ minutes for breakfast/lunch 30–40 minutes for chairs/umbrellas, 10–15 minutes for transportation carts. • Rooms not well cleaned; some lacked shampoo/shower gel, only one bathrobe. • Poor WiFi/service, very dark pathways at night, and on-site construction. • Some staff (especially Noellia at Swiss Travel) were rude and unhelpful. Costa Rica itself is a beautiful destination. The Westin Reserva Conchal has potential, but service, cleanliness, and overall management fell short of the Westin brand standard. A few standout staff members made parts of our stay enjoyable, but overall, we left feeling the resort needs significant improvement.

The food at the resort was very low quality. After trying several restaurants and their buffet I found almost everything unpalatable and bland. The notable exception was the fresh fruit. There were also some maintenance issues with the room, including a leaky roof. We did change rooms, but for some reason the front desk told me it was a favor as rain in your room was normal. I except a lot more for a Westin than this one delivered.

Clean rooms, good food. Restful atmosphere.

The staff were so hospitable and accommodating! I was traveling with my partner for my birthday, and the hotel staff surprised us with wine and a birthday cake to my room free of charge! The food was good for the most part, although two of the eateries were closed due to construction, they also were very amenable to food allergies and restrictions (I have a gluten sensitivity). The grounds were absolutely gorgeous and they always have golf carts and buggies to shuttle you around. Resort activities are plentiful if you are staying on the resort. If you book an excursion, I suggest pre-booking as the resort company with the hotel only offers certain excursions on certain days and requires a minimum number of people. There are locals on the beach that offer excursions but if you are extra cautious, like myself you may be hesitant. I suggest booking one through a travel app, such as viator, expedia, or something like that. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed myself and would love to visit again!!!
