非常に静かな環境で清潔なホテルでした。交通も200系統のバスで市内を回るのに非常に便利です

Very nice hotel! Very central

Waren schön öfters im Pestana, in unterschiedlichen Zimmerkategorien. Bisher hat es uns immer gefallen… Insgesamt war diesmal alles in Ordnung. Mir sind diesmal jedoch einige unsaubere Stellen im Bad aufgefallen. Vor allem hinter dem Kosmetikspiegel hat sich eine höhere Staubschicht abgesetzt. Der Türrahmen im Bad war ziemlich kaputt und müsste erneuert werden. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, an der Seite konnte man die herausgesprungenen Federn spüren. Vor dem Check in zeigte sich das Personal nicht von seiner kommunikativen Seite. All meine Fragen blieben zunächst unbeantwortet, sodass ich im Hotel anrief, was auch einige Zeit in Anspruch nahm, da ich es mehrmals versuchen musste. Glücklicherweise wurden aber all meine Anliegen bearbeitet, die ich per Nachricht an das Hotel übermittelte. Eine kurze Nachricht mit „Haben wir berücksichtigt“ oder in der Art wäre hilfreich gewesen. Gestern Abend habe ich mich jedoch sehr über eine Dame an der Rezeption geärgert. Ich stand genau vor ihr und musste dreimal sehr laut „entschuldigen Sie bitte“ sagen, bis sie mich überhaupt anschaute. Insgesamt war es ok, jedoch bin ich unsicher, ob ich nach diesen Erfahrungen nochmal buchen würde.

Excellent hotell close to Tiergarten

Frühstück reichhaltig und gut. Die Bar öffnet leider erst nachmittags, Sö. und Mo. gar nicht.

God beliggenhed, men desværre lede det ikke op til forventningerne. Dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Larm i form af klik lyde hele natten og virkelig dårlige hovedpuder. Personale var dog søde til at give late checkpoint + 1 time gratis

Rent og trivelig hotell, der det meste var på stell :) Litt skuffet over at det ikke var en str dobbeltseng, men to "springmdrass" senger, men vi sov godt i dem. Bra frokost og rolig nabolag.

Nice location and good breakfast

Snabb incheckning och tillgång till rummet tidigt på dagen var positivt. Frukosten är inte otroligt stor men allt man behöver finns pluss vissa extra finesser.

Room was excellent and quiet, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that my wife found the hairdryer much too hot and was not adjustable; also the bathroom fan did not seem to be working.

Breakfast varied staff very helpful. Bar not open Sunday or Monday. Walking distance to tourist areas if you’re fit. Bike hire available at hotel reasonable rates. No restaurant but that is Hotel.com listing not hotels fault. Pool small but lovely.

Nice clean room, quiet too- breakfast was exceptional as were all the staff in the restaurant! Housekeeping was there every day and were pleasant and quick. Front desk staff were also friendly and kind too. This added to our great experience in Berlin.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and met all our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing we especially appreciated was the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up later, which made our day much more convenient. The only downside was that it was a bit difficult to connect our phone to the TV to cast content. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was great, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
