Every staff is feel bad….

Bus-Surのターミナルから10分くらい。買い物、食事には大変便利なロケーションでした。部屋は清潔で快適でした。wifiもサクサク繋がります。ジムやジャグジーもあります。朝食は果物も豊富にあり助かりました。

清潔で周辺環境も良く、優れたホテルだと思います。朝ごはんも良く、空港までのタクシーを呼んでくれて助かりました。 一点、隣の部屋の音が少し気になりました。

殆どのホテルは海側に集中していますが、ココは落ち着いた山側。プラザから徒歩5分、少しだけ緩い坂道です。周りは静かです。 スタッフは親切で良い感じ、無理も聞いてもらいました。朝食もまあまあ(どこのホテルも変わりませんが) 部屋も悪くない、お湯も直ぐに出ました。

良いホテルですが、格段に優れているわけではありません モバイル通信が遅い地域ですので、WiFiの快適度は最高に助かりました

Everyone in this city knows this fabulous hotel. Can't find any complains.

街の中心広場から歩いてすぐ。 バスタブがついてるが 大きなシャワーは固定式 洗面所が少し使いにくい ホテルは新しくて綺麗

部屋も立地も良し。値段も良し。（シーズンオフだったからかもしれませんが）

部屋はきれい、快適。立地も良し。値段もリーズナブル。欠点なし。

Quarto limpo, bem pequeno e no subsolo, sem luz natural, com uma janela virada para uma espécie de jardim de inverno, café da manhã simples, mas pagando um adicional você tem acesso a um café da manhã mais variado. Mas para dormimos apenas uma noite de estadia cumpriu seu papel, com uma ótima relação custo benefício.

Very nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff, and clean facilities. Good, walkable location.

I found the check in experience to be very frustrating. Supposedly as a VIP Gold Expedia member I can get early check in and upgrades if possible as loyalty perks. Not only coukd I not check in early, but I had to wait a further 15 minutes after the official check in. And then I was given what have been the most undesirable room in the building..literally in the basement. Two small beds and no windows.oh one that looked into the hallway. The room was clean but really pretty basic for the price you pay….and breakfast wasn’t even included..I was glad I was only staying one night.

O quarto que fiquei era muito pequeno mal dava para abrir uma mala, a persiana não bloqueia a luz e a janela não é antirruído. Não conseguimos dormir por causa do barulho dos carros passando. O frigobar não funciona. Chegamos antes das 9:00 e a recepção estava fechada, ficamos esperando no carro até que um senhor nos avisou que poderiamos entrar pela entrada da outra rua, do Hotel Amasur. Poderiam deixar um aviso na porta. O café da manhã não estava incluso e nos passaram um valor que inclusive estava no balcão, mas o valor estava errado, era maior, não tomamos o café no hotel, não pelo valor, mas pela falta de honestidade. Recepção que acabamos entrando do Almasur foi muito boa e acolhedora, mas do Express onde eu me hospedei achei a recepção dos funcionários péssima, enfim, não recomendo. Naoc

O quarto é simples, mas tem tudo que se precisa em uma estadia.

We arrived very late, around midnight, and didn’t realize that the reception on this side was already closed. However, we were able to check in at the Almasur Hotel next to the express. The staff at Almasur were extremely friendly and helpful—much more so than the express reception. Unfortunately, we had a flat tire, and the Almasur hotel staff went out of their way to assist us by calling local tire shops on our behalf. Since it was Saturday, many shops were unavailable, but they kindly allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot until we could get the tire fixed, which helped us tremendously. The express hotel room itself was cozy. While not very large and with a bed on the smaller side, it is quite new and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the Almasur Hotel to my family and friends, and I would happily stay here again if I return.

O quarto é péssimo, pequeno demais, barulhento, janelas sem black out. Durmi duas noites, no início da viagem e no fim, na última estadia só fiquei pq minha reserva era sem cancelamento grátis.
