ポポロ広場のすぐ近く、明るい通りで安心感がありました。建物、フロント、部屋数もコンパクトですが、スタッフもお部屋も最高です。皆とっても気持ちよく、お部屋も綺麗で設備も整っていました。 日本で言う2階ですので車の音は昼も夜もタイミングによっては結構聞こえます。夜中に車のアラームが一時うるさかったですが、これは街中ならどこも同じかなと思います。アットホームで非常におすすめです。

どこに行くにも最高のロケーションです。明るい通りに面しており、夜の治安も心配ありません。その一方で、夜の間は通りが静かなので、安心して休めます。 客室内は広くて機能的。とても居心地がよかったです。バスルームも広くゆったり過ごせます。テラスでの朝ごはんで、とても優雅な気分に浸れます。 受付のスタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、レストランの予約などを手伝ってくださいました。

ホテルの立地、お部屋の清潔さ・広さ、スタッフ、サービスすべてにおいて最高でした！ 最上階で頂く朝食は新鮮でホームメイド感があり、景色も素敵でした。 また、各お部屋にネスプレッソが設置されていたりと、ゲストが快適に過ごせるように様々な配慮がされていたと思います。 特に、スタッフの方々がフレンドリーで親切で、思い出深い旅になりました。 ホテルは入り口がひっそりとしていて、まるでホテルと気付かないくらいの小さな入口。 居心地がよく、毎日、自分の家に帰るような気持ちでホテルへ戻ることができました。 どうもありがとうございました！

2011-2012の年末年始に4泊利用しました。日本のフィガロという雑誌に載っていて、雰囲気が良さそうだったのと、立地が良かったので利用しました。 小さなホテル（Ｂ＆Ｂ）なので、入口はとてもわかりにくいですが、全てにおいてとても快適でした。場所は、スペイン階段の地下鉄の駅から徒歩約１０分、ポポロ広場の駅からは５分程度の便利なところです。部屋の広さ・設備等も快適でした。ネスプレッソのマシーンが置いてあり、常においしいエスプレッソとコーヒーを飲むことができます。紅茶も４種類程度ありました。朝食は、アメリカン、コンチネンタル、ダイエットと３種類の用意がありました。コンチネンタルは、数種類のパン（ジャム・バター・チーズ付き）・フレッシュオレンジジュース・ヨーグルト・スイーツ（ケーキ・クッキー等）・カプチーノでした。アメリカンはこれにハムとチーズが付きます。ダイエットメニューは、パンとスイーツの代わりに、シリアルと果物になります。パンがたくさんついてきて食べきれないため、私はダイエットメニューがお気に入りでした。冷蔵庫の飲み物類も、価格が良心的で、お店が閉まる年末年始には重宝しました。12月31日はポポロ広場に大勢の人々が集まって爆竹や花火を打ち上げて大騒ぎをしていました。ポポロ広場から近いので少しうるさかったですが、窓が二重になっていたので、眠れないほどではなかったです。元旦の夜からは、いつもどおりの静かな夜でした。この時期は、コルソ通りなど、この周辺の道路は全て電飾で飾られて美しく、夜の散歩もとても安全で楽しかったです。次回も、ローマに来る時は、ぜひとも利用したいです。

Everything was very good. Only problem was the difficulty to get into the tub for a shower.

Beautiful boutique hotel, the rooms are lovely and the staff attentive. A delicious and varied breakfast with Valerio and the team on the top floor, is a wonderful way to start the day. The location is fantastic too.

This is an overpriced and underwhelming hotel. Super expensive for what you get. Service is poor and the property is old. I could hear everything from the room next door making it awkward and difficult to sleep. The only good aspects about the property were the location and the breakfast. Overall, not recommended.

Best hotel! Would go anytime again!

We love staying at this property. The location is central and very convenient to many of the highlights of a Roman holiday. It’s nice that it isn’t terribly touristy by the hotel though all things are accessible. There’s a great breakfast that is included from a rooftop restaurant. The rooms are well sized and sophisticated in design and feels more residential rather than “hotel cookie cutter” like. The staff is very professional, helpful and pleasant. We love the guidebook that the owner has written that they give you when you check-in. It gives you an insider’s look into the places to shop and eat.

Excellent value for money. The hotel has a great location, very good staff and very clean. Breakfast is very good and room was large.

I've stayed in a number of SLH hotels and it's usually a superlative experience. While the Babuino staff were nice, the hotel was missing the attention to detail I've come to expect from SLH - door frames were chipped, floors were heavily scratched up, bad lighting, the heater hummed so loudly I had to turn it off to sleep, screw holes in the walls in the room (shelving had been removed but not covered up).
