It is a great hotel. Friendly staff, conveniently located half the way between airport and the Medina. The buffet is very adequate, dinner in the other restaurant was very good . The pool is huge and nice. The drinks are very good. The only complaint is the pool: like in many other resorts, people start reserving lounge chairs and blocking the use for others. I can see chairs blocked for 4-6 hours without people using them. The staff should politely intervene . The food by the pool could have more variety . The spa/Hamman was good with excellent service and friendly staff. Another complaint here: I tried to call to reserve in advance and was impossible, nobody answered . The day I tried to schedule, everything was booked. I think the hotel had the potential to be the best on their category but they have to work in improve the experience.

Très bel hôtel très bien équipé. Idéal pour un séjour farniente. Piscine immense, plusieurs restaurants, salle de sports, spa…. A noter un buffet de petit-déjeuner très varié et excellent.

Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).

Didn’t use pool but looks beautiful at night. Breakfast not so great. They run out of juice glasses and it took quite a while to get them out

The rooms are tired and need refurbishing. The breakfast was average. Mostly fresh but birds pecking on food and staff not bothered. Cleared my drinks away whilst I went to get my food. Pool area was well kept and looks great.

Cet endroit est un chef d'oeuvre de mauvaise construction. Les chambres sont tellement mal isolé que l'on entend tout des chambres voisines. Les avions semblent atterrrir dans notre chambres, les douches tombent en ruine....ect

Very central to our plans

We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel for a summer stay, but in the winter there is not much to do

The team at reception could not have made us feel more welcome or looked after. The riad is beautiful and well situated from the airport and mediba. We wished we could have stayed longer.

This really was a fantastic stay, I knew I wanted to stay here before I left home as I’d stayed 12 years ago and it was wonderful and it certainly didn’t disappoint in any way. The room was large, very comfortable and was a perfect one night stay while in Marrakech, I only wish it was longer.

Pretty clean hotel w good beds and friendly personnel but the food could have been better at that price and they are charging extra for swimming pool access.

Perfect place to stay, for friends or couples. We’ve stayed here many times now and it’s like coming to see friends. Rania at the reception is especially kind and welcoming to guests and makes you feel so glad to be staying at Jaal. Everything is clean and the food is great.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones son cómodas y grandes, a cualquier hora te hacen la habitación. El desayuno está muy bueno y variado. La piscina es muy grande y cómoda, aunque le falta más hamacas. El hombre de la puerta de la entrada que abre y cierra la puerta a los coches es muy amable y educado.

This is my favourite go to hotel, Stayed twice already this year and have 2 more trips booked already. welcoming reception and the team of staff are wonderful. Friendly and inviting. Nothing is too much trouble. wonderfully comfortable rooms and great level of cleanliness too.

Bon hôtel mais il faut réduire la musique, on a plus l’impression d’être dans un beach club que dans un hôtel l’après-midi. Pas cool pour les personnes qui travaillent l’après-midi et essaye aussi de se reposer, surtout que les chambres sont pas bien insonorisée, j’ai eu la migraine tout le long du séjour à cause de la musique.

My stay at Jaal Riad was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We had a hammam, which was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh.
